Bathroom shower head unworthy of a 5-star detestable spa welcome: I give my name, my booking time, I can't be found and worse, I'm told twice "I don't understand what you're telling me" d "Looking drunk...I got annoyed telling her to look at her reservations, her colleague came to her rescue and found us in 2 minutes...

-When we arrived we discovered a yellow stain on the lid of the toilet, supposedly the spot of light which was leaking.. We ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening, what a disappointment.. In came a half of racis pancake with cubed beetroot and a little cheese mousse, nothing cooked.. after a long wait, the dish arrived... arch raw salmon.. tasteless rice and 3 mushrooms. It was not good, I eat better at my canteen and it costs me 5 euros. And for dessert a kind of chocolate mousse. For a menu at 33 euros it hurts because it was not good, it was long and it did not go at all with the quality image of the hotel. So I would say it's expensive for what it is.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful Architecture. The privilege room is very valuable, especially the view of the Place de la Maid. Very high quality breakfast. Downsides: poor quality hotel restaurant with a service that is absolutely not up to 5 stars. The raw materials are up to a bad canteen! The hotel bed mattress is a bit tired, but the topper saves face! The gym is very poorly laid out with very old and little diversified equipment, for example a single bicycle. No ventilation, the chlorine in the pool next door is very annoying and unbreathable. No bottle available except a water fountain. Positive point, the hammam is very large and of good quality.

This covid allows great savings for the hotel! Pathetic bar service! The bartender leaves his service despite the customers still present! No accompaniment in the room in 5 cause Covid!!!!! We spent 3 days in this prestigious hotel, everything was perfect, its location is just ideal. You are in the heart of the city center with everything nearby. The downside that justifies my 4-star rating is the borderline politeness of one of the servers as well as his somewhat neglected presentation (torn pants) a shame to be looked down on in such an establishment. For the rest the staff is irreproachable, I will come back with great pleasure. You can't miss the spa which is just flawless! I would give 10 stars the staff is exceptional.

+Clean and spacious. Well located in Rouen. Sauna and pool are nice in this time of covid. Commercial gesture offered following our misadventures.

-Room 302. No hot water in the bathroom. I noticed it in the evening when I arrived. I thought it was going to pass. The next day same problem. It was almost time to check out. I had to get the housekeeper so she could open another room for me and get a hot shower. My companion had to take it cold in room 302. Moreover, the day before we called the reception to see how we could make dinner with a list of recommended restaurants. The person's response was “everything is complete. You had to see this with us 1 day before your arrival or when you arrived » we were not informed of this. And no one helped us find a solution for dinner. We had to fend for ourselves. Then I asked for room service breakfast at 9am. We woke up at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast that was not what we had ordered. For a 5 star, I think that hurts. And it's all in the details of service for me at this standard of hotel.

The decoration of our room was not worth the price and a 5 star: - furniture that lacks chic, coherence and charm - missing electrical outlets forcing us to unplug lamps for our phones - no word welcome, no treats on our arrival - lights lacking charm and brightness options - no nice books on the city - very limited number of TV channels - access to the swimming pool with sports machines not usable in full passage - breakfast with "squeezed" orange juice announced when we had a kind of bottled Pampryl - not even a "don't disturb" label on our door to indicate our presence in the room In short, for a 5 stars, we expected much much better and especially in times of health crisis when we spend a lot of time in the room. In this context, you might as well lower the prices when booking. Luxury is measured and appreciated in the small details!

The staff is very young and inexperienced despite a desire to do well. The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired because I found an unidentified fiber tuft. The height was the breakfast, a real disaster, a shame for a hotel of this range. Painfully banal hard bread, mini dry pastries without any flavor, 3 mini jars of jam, 2 small butter dishes (there were two of us) and a yoghurt, all for the modest sum of €15. In short, I do not recommend this hotel and it is urgent that the management review its recruitment and management strategy for this establishment, which has everything to enhance a stay in Rouen.

Pastries not good (frozen) pre-made pancakes (or can also be simply frozen) cold and presented without protection. The breakfast room ... a horror (restaurant room too) after waking up very early thanks to the poor soundproofing I was the first at breakfast and the floor still had leftovers from the dinner of the night before ... The rooms on ultra noisy street because badly soundproofed: wake up at 5am by cleaning truck then garbage truck a little later. We were changed rooms for the second night and it was already better. It is clear that there is one side of the hotel that is completely dilapidated, dirty, abandoned, where the cheapest rooms are located (more than 200 euros per night anyway) and another part that is a little better maintained. but still not worthy of being called 5 stars .. In short you will be much better at the radisson blue.

2 night trip to this hotel which is surely the best hotel in Rouen. Staff at the top and very welcoming. Fairly large swimming pool with hammam and sauna available as well. Coming home from work and having access to all this until 22 p.m. is really the best!! Breakfast more than complete and quality. Bar open until midnight with lots of canapes and a nice atmosphere. The room had a view of the square Very satisfactory experience, all the comforts were there, I recommend!
