Very disappointed, we booked a seafront room. (350euros) Continuous ventilation noise as well as the insulation which remains to be desired, we hear each passage in the corridors. As for the room, it is tiny. We have the impression of being in a mobile home (basin, shower tray, seat nothing but plastic). The beautiful leather armchair in the photos has disappeared. Regarding the toilets, they are tiny, not even a hand wash. For the terrace 2 square meters max and very dilapidated furniture. The ridiculous courtesy tray and a small fridge on the floor, empty of course. The pool area is not bad but aging, the hammam is good but with essential oils it would be better. It's a shame because the staff is very pleasant and I think very professional as well. Your services deserve just 3 stars and 350 euros is extremely expensive for the service offered. On good terms.

Very well placed place. Exterior hotel that looks like a hospital though. Very pleasant welcome, always on top whatever the host, man or woman. The rooms would ask to be cleaner and cleaned properly and not on the surface. We dropped headphones under our bed and there were lots of sheep underneath, it was appetizing: room 225. It put us off. Treatments, for us: 6 in total. Were overall good. Some ask for a bit of color, the sensory bed, the room is creepy, and I thought we were going to have chromatherapy on the mattress. It massages, it relaxes but without too much interest. Jet rain, gloomy room also. The swimming pool is spacious but the hammam lacked heat, to know, this one was doubtful in its effectiveness. The breakfast is plentiful, varied. All in all, could recommend but watch out for the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe add colors for some treatment rooms.

We are disappointed with our stay. We are used to frequenting 4 star hotels and this one was not up to par. The room was okay even if the bathroom is a little small, however big problems with the television which decided when it wanted to turn off without giving us the choice even if we had just turned it on. Poor insulation from noise in the hallway. For the reception we had the impression of disturbing, when I said hello to the staff I was answered 1 time out of 2 and again late or ignoring me at the beginning. The restaurant dishes were very good even if big disappointment on the 3rd evening of our stay when I asked the waitress if their risotto on one of the menus contains meat (because it was not specified on the menu for the sea spray menu) she told me certify that no (we do not eat meat and had already specified the day before) and there surprise the dish arrives and there is pork belly in the risotto. I only ate the mushrooms, and when the waitress comes back and asks us how it went, I kindly explain to her that I had asked her if there was any meat and she replies tit for tat that I told him about another dish and not this one. She didn't question herself for a moment and didn't say a word of apology, even if we had misunderstood each other, the least you could do is apologize and find a solution. We were never asked if we had had a good night and at the end of the stay the same, no attention on our feelings except to print us the invoice and that's goodbye. Fortunately we came in low season for a price between 100 and 110 euros per night because I would never have agreed to pay more than 200 euros per night. I still specify that the restaurant food was up to par, the pool area was great, we were lucky enough to go there and almost have the pool to ourselves. The breakfast was also plentiful and there was something for everyone and the location amazing. In short, a good hotel but far from 4-star services when the potential is there.

The spa area and the seawater swimming pool are a real moment of relaxation. As for the beach, is it easily accessible... So everything is within reach of "flip-flops", for an excellent break of relaxation.

We came as a family of 5 and we were very disappointed. Very small rooms and bathrooms, with basic and very cheap furniture, with above all a very annoying permanent ventilation noise which makes it impossible to rest in the room during the day. We do not replace your water bottle or your soap. The television works when it wants. Only positive point: the view of the sea and its small terrace. On the restaurant side, a lot of bluster for a very average cuisine and especially waitresses who are not qualified for this job and who think they are in a canteen. The worst thing is that the staff ignores the remarks, kicks in touch and does not seek any solution. Moreover, the response to negative reviews is always the same and you are not asked any questions about your satisfaction when you leave. In short, a hotel that benefits from a very beautiful view but whose services do not match the price. Only the breakfast is satisfactory: plentiful with quality products. Small request for the hotel: take into account the negative remarks to improve yourself or save yourself the trouble of answering and always coming out with the same answers. It makes your case worse. When we kindly reported to the reception the permanent noise of ventilation, the receptionist clearly had nothing to do with it and was even very unpleasant. We will definitely not be returning.

We were in this hotel for one night during the winter holidays. We were very disappointed with the difference between the quality displayed, the reality and the price paid. The environment is more worthy of a medical establishment than a hotel. Rooms: Our room is the most satisfying element of the weekend. Oriented towards the sea with a small terrace, we would still have preferred a little care in the layout and decoration (no frame, carpet, etc.) In addition, the lock on the bathroom door bath was broken. Spa/Sauna: For a hotel with more than 70 rooms, the offer offered is very disappointing. Only a large swimming pool with multiple jets, a small hammam (with unusable showers and jets), and a small sauna were available. No relaxation area exists, except for a location for deckchairs (part of which is unusable). There is also no drinking water fountain to quench your thirst (essential after a sauna). Moreover, when booking, it is not noted that swimming trunks are prohibited in the pool and that a swimming cap is necessary. Too bad also that the swimming pool (more worthy of a municipal swimming pool than a 4* Spa/Sauna) overlooks the beach car park. Restaurant: Just like the hotel as a whole, the restaurant is very disappointing. The place is more like a canteen than a restaurant (little privacy, medical lighting, furniture, etc.) Looks neat, the cuisine is more than average (random cooking, wine by the glass passed). The staff despite envy does not seem qualified for what the hotel claims. Lots of fuss! For a night at 350€, this seemed to us to be far too poor in quality.

Very disappointing. The rooms are correct, nothing more and not at the level of what is expected for a 4 star. The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired, cobweb on the ceiling, dust stuck to the foot when you walk in the room, limestone on the bathroom taps… The location of the hotel could be exceptional if the view is not Wasn't spoiled by the parking lot right in front of the hotel. As for the pool area, the water is too cold to take full advantage of it, the showers are cold, the hammam is absolutely not hot enough. The +: the breakfast which is good and plentiful. In summary, this hotel is too expensive for what it is and it does not deserve its 4 stars.

Excellent place. We had an excellent half-board stay between Christmas and New Year's Day with 9 treatments each. The staff is very pleasant and very professional in the care. I highly recommend the Sound restaurant, very good refined dishes and a very good room team, congratulations to the kitchen as well.
