April 9, 2022 at 7:15 amI discovered the establishment during a 3-day stay with my parents and I found the professionalism and patience of the team very appreciable in all aspects (hotel, thalassotherapy, catering). The atmosphere and the organization of the staff successfully promote relaxation.
The hotel restaurant is also very good. The breakfast offers a buffet with good quality products (honey, jam, local bread for example).
The proximity to the sea is also significant.
Certainly, as some have mentioned, the rooms could be bigger but I did not find that to be a handicap. We selected the discovery package (3 sessions per day) and I found the formula well thought out. Finally, I also recommend this type of stay for young people (athletes but sedentary job in my case) because I have clearly felt the benefits on body and mind. A repeat without hesitation !

April 13, 2022 at 4:00 pmRoom in good condition and very clean. The restaurant is a delight. Caring staff. Thalassotherapy is good. Small flat for the cabin of the Japanese sauna which is noisy as well as the showers which deserve a refreshment. But that didn't detract from our stay.
I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

July 15, 2022 at 9:18 pmThe hotel is very good, even if it is quite “surprising” to see breakfast trays lying around in the corridor at 17:00 p.m.… The spa part is correct, nothing more. The sauna can withstand more than 80 degrees, but it's quite small, a bit dilapidated, and without a visible brazier (so there's no way to increase the humidity a bit with scented water). Very good treatment offer.
The setting, moreover, is excellent, on a place of memory.

Food poisoning with seafood in August 2022 (attention langoustines not fresh) sick all night and for 2 days SOS doctors overnight at the hotel I saw myself leaving… the manager did nothing in the end he did pass his insurance of course he questioned my shameful statements (on the night of August 24th if other people had the same problems report them.

The best memory of this stay is the staff..
Whether at the reception at the bar or restaurant, they are very pleasant..
If I had to make a negative point, it is above all the prices of everything that is not included in the stay .. it can sting a little but not prohibitive either. The pool is very pleasant and calm because few children are present in this kind of stay.

The room we were in had a bad smell, like the smell of stale tobacco. The tone was set.
It was time to store our belongings in the various pieces of furniture available. The drawers were dusty, to the point of cleaning ourselves before putting our clothes in them.
Being very disappointed with the start of my stay, I decided to go relax at the spa. When taking my white bathrobe, I see that it has a big black spot.
But the highlight of the show, the icing on the cake, a female staff enters the room despite the "do not disturb" placed on the handle, without even having been invited while I was changing my baby.
In short, an extremely bad and incomprehensible value for money for a so-called 4-star hotel.
Following this bad experience that we mentioned in the customer satisfaction survey, the hotel manager asked us about our availability by phone to offer us solutions. 6 months later, we are still waiting for the call.

Once there, access was refused to us (not before 14 p.m.) despite telephone and email confirmation. Rather unpleasant as a process, justifying that there were still morning customers!
Absence of bathrobe in the rooms to go to the SPA.
Cleanliness of the water in the jacuzzi and the pool on Sunday afternoon. Clean again on Monday morning.
