February 12, 2021 at 10:27 amI had a fantastic stay at La Ferme Saint Simeon Spa – Relais & Chateaux. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints about the service or the facilities. However, I noticed that the treatment options were limited and even when I asked for an alternative late, there was no offer for an alternative. It would have been appreciated.
The restaurant “Le Vieux Honfleur” recommended by the hotel was also excellent and I enjoyed my meal there. All in all, I highly recommend La Ferme Saint Simeon Spa – Relais & Chateaux for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. There was a wide variety to choose from and everything was of high quality. I particularly appreciated the fresh pastries and the squeezed fruit juices.
The gourmet restaurant was also a real treat. The dishes were delicious and well presented. The service was excellent and the servers were very attentive.
All in all, I highly recommend La Ferme Saint Simeon Spa – Relais & Chateaux. It is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat. The setting, food and service are all outstanding and I can't wait to return.

The gardens are immaculate and offer stunning views of the Seine. The hotel itself is charming and full of character, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms.
The hotel staff was also exceptionally professional. They were attentive to all my needs and made my stay as pleasant as possible. I was also delighted to find that the hotel has a spa, where I could relax and be pampered.
However, what really impressed me was the quality of the table. The meals I had at the hotel were simply outstanding. The dishes were prepared with care and used local and seasonal ingredients. Every bite was a delight for the taste buds.

Very well located in a quiet area close to the city center of Honfleur, go for it!

We came one afternoon to taste the establishment's famous “Tea Time”. And what a treat! Accompanied by a pastry prepared by a pastry chef, the tea, served in a pitcher, was simply delicious.
As for the service, you can be sure of never being disappointed: the employees demonstrate unparalleled professionalism, while remaining very welcoming and warm.
The setting is also very pleasant to look at. On the terrace, during “Tea Time” you can have the chance to taste your pastry while watching the Seine finish its course in the Channel.
I highly recommend this establishment!

Accustomed to this type of establishment, what was our surprise when the beauty of the place and the quality of the service offered! An elegant and warm welcome from the staff, a simple and effective presentation of the buffet breakfast (of exceptional quality in terms of the products offered and the choice we have), the fireplace in the breakfast room adds character (and heat, which in this period is not refused)!
We had a great time thanks to this set beautifully orchestrated by Thierry who is of unprecedented kindness and professionalism!
We would be delighted to come to your establishment again to fully enjoy it!

Once installed, the waiter quickly cleared the table throwing the crumbs on the floor. We had a drink and ate pastries. We were told a blackberry and vanilla financier… surprise, no taste of vanilla in the financier and way too much sugar. Apart from that the place is magnificent and the possibility of playing games on site still makes the moment very pleasant. Shame about the service and quality.

The setting is magnificent and tastefully decorated to respect the beautiful Normandy region.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
We had dinner at La Bocane, excellent service and delicious food.
The buffet breakfast is complete and very qualitative with local products (apple juice from the orchards of the establishment for example).
We were able to enjoy a very nice horse-drawn carriage ride down to Place Sainte Catherine.
The staff is attentive and extremely kind. Thank you very much for your attention.
We recommend this establishment and we will stay there again.
