The "Prestige with Balcony" room was all great, very well decorated, spacious, very comfortable bedding, well soundproofed, with a nice bathroom, different size slippers (for men and women) and a nice little balcony. The Nespresso machine is a big plus, especially for an Italian like me , as well as a bottle of courtesy water. The bathroom had free toiletries as well as products (shower gel, shampoo and body cream) of good quality. The breakfast in the room simply exceptional! Very filling and just delicious! Thanks to Louise for the room service and her smile and kindness every morning. For the 2nd night Flavio informed us that we had an upgrade of the room so we were given a "Junior Suite" which was even more beautiful than the first. Larger, with a balcony overlooking the Protestant Church of the Temple- New. The reception kindly informed us that our luggage would be stored and then taken to our new room. A big thank you to the reception team (Flavio, Nive, Pascal) they are all very kind and very professional. They answer all questions and offer/find solutions. We also enjoyed a massage and access to the Spa as part of the "Well-being" offer (overnight stay + massages). Thanks to Morgane and Antoine for their welcome and professionalism, the massages were very good. The Spa is beautiful and clean and the fact of giving access to only a few people at a time allows you to be quiet in the sauna, jacuzzi or Turkish bath. A little tea after the spa and massage allows you to relax even more. The location of the hotel is ideal, 200m from the Kleber car park, really very practical.

-we discover on the spot that the address is in a pedestrian street. In my case arriving and departing with a disabled person was not convenient. Impossible to take a taxi because of the Christmas market, we had to take the train to get to the station. The minibar was never filled; the card for breakfast in the room either: I had to place the order by telephone. The restaurant is not really a restaurant but rather a bar with small portions to eat without accompaniment. Several times impossible to contact the Room Service, nor the room service, I was advised to go down to the reception to solve my worries. Nobody to help us on arrival with the suitcases; I had to insist a lot for someone to help us from the hotel when finally someone from the reception accompanied us to the train stop. Long story short, a 4 night stay with quite a bit of hassle for a 5 star hotel.

We have just left this hotel after 4 nights. We wanted to pay tribute to the whole team who knew how to welcome us as we have very rarely encountered with an absolutely incredible kindness...from the reception to the mistinguette lounge where real quality breakfasts are served. Very big crush for a bearded young man who works there and who spoiled us with a touching delicacy. To the attention of the management...a huge thank you also who made a gesture on our 4th night which was not planned following the loss of our car keys...totally spontaneous gesture and without the slightest request for our part. We are delighted with our stay and will not stay anywhere else when we return to Strasbourg. Thank you very sincerely to all and big hats off once again for this team cohesion for Customer Service with a capital S

+Hotel very close to Place Kléber without actually being there. So pretty quiet. Located on a main avenue. So restaurants, snacks, shops are nearby. The historic center is a 5-minute walk away. Ideally placed. Fantastic breakfasts. Nothing is missing...it's even beyond what you can think of having for breakfast. Friendliness of the staff who do the MAXIMUM to give you satisfaction! (whether at reception, concierge etc.) I recommend this hotel.

-This is not a criticism in itself - let me explain: we arrived earlier than expected, and we asked to be able to occupy our room as soon as we arrived. The staff therefore gave us a room which we were able to occupy immediately. (We were normally scheduled in another room). I do not blame the staff who did what was necessary to meet our request. I thank them again. But I think this limited the choice of rooms available at the time we arrived (around 12:30). The room we got was spacious, well equipped, the only downside is that the bathroom didn't have a bathtub and didn't have a window. This is all very minor, I agree. Everything else was perfect.

Our stay at Maison Rouge gave us complete satisfaction. The service staff were warm and very attentive. I must mention in particular Pierre Nicolas, an extremely warm man who perfectly reflects his character. I especially thank him. But the entire service team also made sure that nothing was missing. We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel which is very well located for the Christmas market. Room 509 is very beautiful, decorated with good taste, the bedding is very good, no light that comes to disturb us with an electric blind and beautiful thick curtains. We took a parking space at the hotel to be quiet. The welcome and service are impeccable. The breakfast is at 32€, it is excellent, many choices, special mention for the squeezed orange juice which was very good and for the French toast (on request). A few "hiccups" with our cards to get into our room, but that's no big deal. We will gladly come back.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff attentive. The 20's decoration is very tasteful with different characters/personalities highlighted on each floor. We had a great time during dinner served by the sparkling Léa and during breakfast at the Mistinguett. The welcome was perfect, the staff was very friendly. We traveled with a one year old and the staff were more than understanding and did their best to accommodate us. The breakfast is recommended. The restaurant on site has a small menu but all of impeccable quality.
