The welcome, the dishes, the service, the advice, everything was of high quality. To end this magical weekend, we made some purchases in their bakery where it is possible to leave with exceptional products! Thanks to the whole team.

Attention, it is the top of the basket with two macaroons. The bill stings a bit but when you love you don't count. The breakfast was very good (the + = fresh orange juice and local products)
The meal was outstanding. Small + = the diversity of non-alcoholic drinks accompanying the dishes. Discreet and very friendly staff.

We particularly appreciated the cuisine of the Mr Nasti team: refined dishes, which smell of the land, and which are very well highlighted by the team in the dining room. We feel that the Chef has transmitted his passion and it is pleasant for the guests. We are very well received, the decoration of the restaurant sublimates the whole thing. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much for this delicious stay

We were impatiently awaiting the awards from the Michelin Guide today and are disappointed that Chambard did not win the third star, which would have been deserved. Thank you again for this magnificent hotel and gastronomic experience. I hope to have the chance to be able to return to Alsace and Chambard. Cheers to all of you and down with the grumps who leave comments so malicious that it seems highly doubtful that they are genuine customers.

Everything was perfect, sublime culinary journey, taste, flavor, textures, perfect presentation.
High quality service that brings you all the explanations on each dish, top food and wine pairing that goes together to perfection.
We feel that the Chef is passionate about his adopted region, whose products he works with respect, accuracy and meticulousness. He pushes his love of the profession to the creation of his own bakery, using honey and wax from his own hives.
Thank you to Mrs. and Mr. Nasti as well as to their team of enthusiasts who remain simple and close to their customers.

+Perfect 45 m2 room with a popular adjoining lounge area and useful second screen, very attentive staff, delicious breakfast, private parking available with electric charging, pleasant decoration, establishment in the local architecture and with a family dimension but top modern. Location in the heart of the village but central for excursions in the surroundings.
-A small detail: room a little too hot at night, in the off-season a lighter duvet was better suited.
