December 19, 2020 at 10:24 amI recently stayed at Hostellerie La Briqueterie for a Champagne getaway. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but was a bit disappointed with the breakfast offered. Although the quality of the dishes was very good, I was surprised to see the absence of champagne on the menu. I find this rather surprising, given that we were in a region renowned for its sparkling wines.
However, I must point out that the rest of the breakfast was excellent. The pastries were fresh and delicious, the fruit was fresh and juicy, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. It's a shame that the lack of champagne spoiled the overall experience a bit.
Despite this, I have to say that Hostellerie La Briqueterie is a lovely place to stay. The staff are welcoming and attentive to guests' needs, and the general atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an elegant and refined decoration.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to the quality of the accommodation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. The staff is also very welcoming and attentive.
However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the restoration. Although the dishes offered are tasty, the price-quality ratio is not optimal. In addition, the service in the restaurant can be improved, especially in terms of speed and efficiency.
Despite these negative points, I still recommend the Hostellerie La Briqueterie for its exceptional setting and warm atmosphere. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Champagne region.

First of all, I appreciated the calm that reigned in the hotel, which allowed me to completely relax. The comfort of the room was also there, with quality bedding and a warm decoration that immediately put me at ease.
The spa was a real bonus, with modern equipment and attentive staff who allowed me to completely relax. I also had the chance to benefit from an exceptional facial treatment, which left my skin soft and luminous.
Dinner also lived up to my expectations, although the restaurant did not serve a gourmet menu the night I stayed there. The quality of the dishes was undeniable and I appreciated the finesse of the flavors as well as the careful presentation of the dishes.
Finally, I would like to emphasize the quality of the hotel staff, who were very attentive to my needs and knew how to respond to all my requests with efficiency and kindness. In short, I highly recommend the Hostellerie La Briqueterie for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and gastronomy.

+The breakfast was excellent especially all the pastries!
The room was very quiet.
The decoration of the hotel is beautiful.
-There was no towel rack in the bathroom, we had to pile them on top of each other on the radiator in the room (no towel warmer radiators or even simple towel racks).
At breakfast we asked if we could sit in the glass roof facing the garden and also we like to sit next to each other. It was certainly a table for 4 and there were two of us, but it was 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and there were still many tables of 4 free. This was refused to us on the pretext that there were only two of us and we had to sit in the back. It's all the more unfortunate that no one else came to lunch… I find it a bit of a shame for a 5-star hotel that there isn't more of a sense of customer service.

-It's a little bit noisy especially towards the swimming pool while we thought we were in the countryside! The rooms on the beautiful park are certainly quieter.

-The supplement for dogs, twice 30€. That is 30€ per dog. Nothing justifies doubling down. One or two, the situation does not generate more costs.

A very nice little extra: the small bottles of fresh water at the start of the trip!!
-The proximity of a very busy road….not annoying at night but during the day and in the evening yes!
