The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom and the bedding of good quality. We also tested the spa with massage. For the first time, the staff knew how to advise us and guide us on the types of massage and on the equipment. The buffet breakfast offers a very large choice of pastries, spread, jam, hot and cold savory as well as fruit. The hotel offers direct access to the casino from the reception. You can find an arcade terminal and table football for free in the lobby. We can only recommend this establishment.

The arrival at the spa went very well, I was taken care of right away. The girls were very attentive to explain to me the different relaxation areas. It's a really calm and relaxing space, it feels good! And then the massage with Elsa was magical, she adapted to me, 5 and a half months pregnant, I really had a pure moment of rest and connection with my future baby. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

And at bedtime the fitted sheets were very dirty and full of hair! During our stay at the Novotel Metz Amnéville, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services and facilities. The rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped, offering excellent value for money. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels and bed linen were spotless.
The hotel staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly in helping us find our bearings in the area. We also appreciated the little extras such as in-room breakfasts and 24/24 à la carte service.
The in-house brasserie Ô Fourneau was also nice and offered a variety of delicious dishes. The children's playroom and TV room were perfect for relaxing and enjoying time in the area. We were also able to take advantage of the free parking and the fitness center.

On the other hand, the meal is not excellent but it does the trick. But price level is slightly expensive for the value for money. A large-screen TV that's very welcome when there's a good evening film on the program for once. A swimming pool with a good surface area to relax after the day at Walygator. A restaurant on site (don't forget to book in advance) with reasonable prices, which avoids going out into town after a trying day when "we can't take it anymore". The air conditioning when we spent the day under thirty degrees. A very comfortable large double bed. During the big holidays, the majority of people come in "relaxed" mode so we are completely uninhibited from carrying around in clogs and tank tops/shorts. The little attention with a few sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and 2 cardboard glasses available on the desk. The provision of 2 real large fluffy bath towels. The mini fridge to put a few 2 cl cans/bottles in the fridge for the next day.

February 10, 2023Backed by an excellent reputation and a high quality of service, we chose Novotel after having stayed there several times. But this time we were disappointed! The hotel is certainly well located, clean but frankly we expected better! Staff were polite and friendly but unable to provide us with an extra pillow for our granddaughter not knowing where it was! The room is really simple, small and basic. For example: the toilet seat is plastic 1st price and no cleaning brush for the bowl and without forgetting, the wall which was starting to crumble! The bar open until midnight certainly offers many kinds of beers but only 2 cocktails at an excessive price! The breakfast is not really worthy of the sign. Industrial products: crepes, pancakes (taken out of a bag in front of customers!) even the scrambled eggs are certainly from a ready-made preparation (it looks like someone had already pre-chewed them) and to top it off all powdered milk! Just for information, we had long hesitated in view of the opinions on the net to go to dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and fortunately now! We preferred to just cross the street and a few dozen meters further, we feasted in a pizzeria "La Fournaise" which we highly recommend. Conclusion: we have known really better for this price in the hotels of the Accor chain!!!! Everything is lost these days...even the reputation of the big names! This hotel just has the advantage of being strategically well located and takes advantage of it. Too bad .... but we in any case the next time we will stay elsewhere! On the other hand, a good point for the person who had taken our reservation by phone: she was very friendly and helpful.

-More complicated lunch staff not very pleasant no more orange juice or .. well I don't know what it was in fact because it was not delivered .. I would say hot salty .. sausages or bacon I think. Damage

-The Novotel d Amneville does not correspond to what is expected of a Novotel. Noseful smell in the garden and at the edge of the swimming pool. It felt like we were next to a trash can. Restaurant service was very slow. I had bones in my fish fillet. In short, a stay to forget

July 30, 2022Only one downside, the breakfast. I asked for fried eggs and they brought me an omelette twice, then on the third try my request but with one raw egg and the other overcooked. Really unfortunate everything went well. Until breakfast before leaving the establishment.
