Very very good value for money. The hotel is very well located, in a quiet street, 2 steps from the Cadet metro station and 5-10 minutes on foot from the Galeries Lafayette. All amenities nearby including a hyper market. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Good quality room, clean, spacious for a small building like this (I had a double), large bathroom with bathtub. Good bedding. I didn't try the breakfast but very good and varied according to a friend who had it. There are several relaxation areas on the ground floor of the hotel if needed. I keep the address and recommend it.

Horror movie. Staff not at all welcoming, even creepy. There was hair all over the bathroom. The bedding was stained. The room was very dusty.

Unfortunately quite disappointed with this hotel where I stayed for two days in room 59. -The room is on the ground floor with no light and above all an infernal noise every time someone passed in front of the room, not to mention the vacuum cleaner that starts in the hallway from 07:00! Unable to sleep properly. -A toilet attachment screw was missing: the latter was leaking with each flush... use the safe in the room (8 euros per rental + 8 euros deposit). I find that very limited. Nevertheless, the hotel was clean and reasonably well located. But with the impossibility of being able to sleep properly coupled with a paying safe rental, I deduct points.

Fabulous
+The bedding is very comfortable, very bright room with a view of the port.
-The bathroom is not separated from the sleeping area, we hear the ventilation. When we get up at night we light up and disturb the other sleeper.

This review only judges the customer relationship I had with this establishment. Following the social movements of March 2023 and the cancellation of our respective trains, we had to cancel our night scheduled for Saturday March 25 in this establishment (check-in defined by the hotel from 15 p.m.). I contacted the establishment by telephone the morning before (Friday March 24), i.e. approximately 30 hours before the scheduled reservation, to inform them of our obligation to cancel our stay (specifying that it was only postponed to a later date). I am therefore told that our cancellation has been taken into account, information which will be confirmed a few minutes later by email. A few days later, I had the unpleasant surprise to find that a debit of 140€ (the amount of the room) had been taken from my bank account. I would point out that NOT ONCE, by phone or email, was I informed that I was going to be debited from the price of the room (Hello customer relations!!!). I immediately recontacted the establishment which informed me that according to their "policy", the cancellation is free 48 hours before the reservation and that below this deadline, the price of the room was due. Honestly, I would have liked more sincerity, courage and thoughtfulness regarding the sample that was going to be taken and also, a better understanding of the events that led us to cancel our stay (especially since I had specified that I wanted to postpone the reservation ) and I think I canceled the reservation in a more than respectable time (about 30 hours before!). Do we pay for a meal at the restaurant when we cancel a reservation??? No... In short, deplorable customer relationship!

Ok, the hotel is well located and the price seems reasonable. But that's all. If you look at the head of the mattress, you will directly see the foam of the mattress, because the cover is torn (ripped would be rather the good term!) and this on the two long sides of the mattress. In terms of hygiene it is not terrible, and in terms of comfort I let you imagine, the external state of the mattress testifies to its long life and its undoubtedly very advanced age. The shower is clean but clearly small. You don't have to be tall or overweight. When I arrived in the room when it was 5 degrees outside, the window was half open. Normal because it is almost impossible to be able to close it: it takes a lot of strength, the frame of the window being completely veiled. So it was very cold. Finally, benevolence seems forgotten in this hotel, the goal of the game is to make you pay the maximum and only that. In short, I wouldn't go back there and wouldn't recommend it to those around me. Very disappointing.

Rooms clean and quite comfortable. Welcoming staff. A little archaic operation (it's a pity, for example, that it brings the key and remote control down to reception each time, even when you're in a hurry at check-out when there's a very small elevator for six or seven floors... so we waste a lot of time compared to other establishments where departures are fluid!)

Very good welcome but this one has a surprise in store for us! I booked a room for 3 with breakfast .... When I arrived I was informed that I would not have breakfast they did not serve it on Sundays it was one of my criteria I was not charged but I would have liked an email from them. Some repairs are needed in the bathroom Very well located in Paris I recommend but not on a weekend you will not have breakfast

-The bar area is a bit small. And the poorly placed breakfast room. It was cold. The coffee machine in the dressing room. In a small corner of the room it would have been more adequate and cozy

Hotel well located in a lively area but I was disappointed by the dilapidated room that I would not have thought to find for 1 room at 140 euros (room 27 on the first floor). Luckily it was only for one night! At breakfast, which is quite well supplied, we are asked if we want "1" croissant which is not available... for my part, I did not dare to ask for a second one.
