April 23, 2021 at 12:14 amI had the opportunity to stay at the JW Marriott Cannes and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The room I stayed in was just top notch. It was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. I was also impressed with the work carried out in the reception hall and the corridors of the hotel. Everything was beautiful and it added a touch of sophistication to the whole establishment.
Breakfast was also a highlight of my stay. He was just great. The choice was varied and the quality of the products was truly exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and fresh fruit. The service was also impeccable and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

They went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and responded to all my requests with a smile.
The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food on offer, all fresh and delicious. I particularly appreciated the vegetarian and gluten free options that were available.
The rooftop was a real highlight of the hotel. The view of the sea was breathtaking and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
Finally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was located a short walk from the beach and restaurants which was very convenient. I also appreciated the proximity to the train station, which made it easy for me to get around the area.
Overall, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Cannes. This is a high quality hotel with great staff, great breakfast, amazing rooftop and great location. It is the perfect place for a stay in Cannes.

+The location, spacious room and very nice bathroom, beach club in front of the hotel, very hearty breakfast and impeccable services.
-The impossibility of accessing the rooftop (assembly for the festival), the fact of having to pay to access the Beach Club (inaccessible on certain days) and having a deck chair is totally inappropriate for a luxury hotel and the prices charged. Everything is focused on the Cannes Film Festival the week of May 15 with little consideration for hotel guests the previous days who nevertheless pay the normal price. The staff at the reception being unable to make the slightest compromise at this level.

Very caring staff with a special mention for Charles who showed great kindness and to Mr. Galvagno who upstream did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Only downside there were two twin beds instead of a large bed as stipulated on the reservation. The view from the room is breathtaking. Thank you all

December 28, 2022 at 3:53 pmPresent 4 days we can only compliment the hotel (spacious room) and its staff always attentive to its customers. Being claustrophobic I can't take the elevator, and well every time I came back to the hotel, Luvilan or the evening security guard joined me upstairs to open the door to the stairs for me. I could never thank them enough for their availability.

Lovely room overall. Lighting in the bathrooms to review and air conditioning also it was impossible to stop it and had to involve the concierge late at night because unbearable.
Decent breakfast buffet.

-very beautiful suite but non-existent storage very pretty but very uncomfortable bathroom (lack of light from shelves etc…) – we had to resort to several craftsmen!!!

-I exchanged at least 5 or 6 messages with the hotel to have 2 beds and a cot and on entering the room, we had only 1 bed and no cot. Not very serious for a 5* hotel

+very good, fast service staff at the top (except one of the porters in front of the hotel)
-do not trust the "porter" who served as our "concierge" at 5am when we had to leave. Indeed, we gave him the keys to our rental car as well as some money (so that the rental agency is enough to pay for the parking), obviously the agency was able to recover the keys, but surprisingly the money was gone! it is not for lack of having specified to him that it was for PEOPLE WHO CAME TO RECOVER THE CAR.

March 27, 2023 at 12:34 amDelighted with my visit to Cannes and my stay in this luxury hotel that I highly recommend. A warm welcome, a decoration at the height of the Croisette... very good quality. Thanks also to the charming valet Charles for quickly finding us a taxi.
