The swimming pool closes at 18:00 p.m. Damage! Restaurant always the same menu over 3 days... no daily specials which would allow to vary a little...

I asked for a room with a bathroom (bathtub) and it was allocated to me, I am satisfied with the stay. My thanks go particularly to Amel from the breakfast service... I would go back and recommend this hotel complex to my relations.

We complained, but instead of the promised discount we were even charged for the SPA which was included in the price of the room. Small SPA without interest. Super expensive restaurant. Decent lunch but nothing "fabulous". It's a golf course but in no way a stopover hotel.

+Hotel of absolute tranquility. In a beautiful setting. The excellent restoration. Superb swimming pool. A small downside that does not matter too much, the appetizers as an aperitif are mediocre (pretzel) only. A little effort on this side would be welcome for a 4 star.

Nice staff but not competent and too poorly organized. Nevertheless, the hotel has its charm.

-My colleague was sick after her meal at the restaurant. They also served non-resident customers in violation of Covid rules. As for the rooms, after booking our first night directly, the price that had been agreed was no longer the same once the booking was confirmed. After the second phone they fixed. Once there, it had changed again to be increased by almost 50% when settling. I still had to complain: not very pleasant. As for the possible extension of my stay by one night, I was first told that I had to do it right away because the hotel was full the next day. That same evening, another hotel employee told me that there were four rooms available the next day. Finally, the next day when I wanted to extend my stay for one night, I was told that there were no more rooms with the same conditions, only rooms superior to 50% more. So, I booked via Booking three minutes later... at the desired rate. At check-in, we were placed in two different buildings. My colleague went back and forth twice between the room assigned to her and the reception with her suitcase, because her magnetic key did not open. The receptionist then accompanied him and opened the room with his own key without knocking, surprising another client in his underpants: the room was already rented. The receptionist ran off to get the key to another room, while my colleague was set on fire by the disgruntled customer and dressed. There is a serious organizational problem in this hotel which is prohibitive.

However Barbaroux is a 4 star, we think it would be more than preferable for the gastro restaurant to reopen under penalty of losing some customers. Despite this, the brasserie should offer a different menu every day, as is the case in establishments of this style.

-On the other hand, the person behind the bar counter on Friday evening should consider a retraining. Being in the business myself, I think I can be a good judge. This person is very unpleasant lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Besides, we preferred to dine out on Saturday evening despite half board….! It is important for a manager to follow his staff.
