Awful experience! I had reservations for my partner and me. I had taken several options such as flowers in the room, with candles and a bottle of champagne. Nothing was there. So the manager offers to make me a romantic room, free of charge to compensate. During this time, we have an aperitif at the hotel bar. After an hour, the room must be ready, we go back. And there, surprise, a poor bottle of prosecco placed on the bedside table with two cups. A mini vase with three small roses placed next to it. Ridiculous !! Is that what you call romantic? I didn't complain to them, given the goodwill they put into it! It's ironic of course! The room was ok, but the shower was full of limescale, the little showerhead didn't work. So forced to shower under the huge apple hanging from the ceiling. My wife was delighted… Convenient when she wants to avoid getting her hair wet… In short, it's not the worst. I had also booked access to the SPA for 3 hours, then a one-hour duo massage. On our arrival, we have a slight delay. I ask the reception to inform the SPA that we have just arrived and that we are doing as soon as possible. Barely arrived in the room to change us, the reception calls me on the telephone of the room and informs me that the massage is finally shifted of one hour. I answer no problem, we have access to the SPA, so we will go to the SPA before and after the massage. The lady says "ok great". As a result, we descend well 15 minutes after this exchange. And there, when we arrived at the SPA, we were told "oh no, we're going right away for the massage, there are other clients after you." So in the end, 25 minutes of massage instead of an hour, charged! After the massage I naturally ask to switch to the SPA. And there I am told that it is closed. Ruined afternoon!! I stop there because I no longer have the space to tell the rest. But you have understood that the service was deplorable, no services were provided in full, no commercial gesture except for the famous romantic room… this hotel is quite simply a joke. A shame for the 5 star. How did he manage to keep them anyway? This is the question of the year! So flee!

The spa could use a bit of a refresh. Non-existent sound insulation (external and internal).

The most rustic fitness room with outdated equipment from different brands, which is light years away from what a supposed establishment of this standing should offer. A brunch priced at €39 with 90% industrial products (pancakes, crepes, charcuterie, salmon, even the juices are bottled for having seen the waiter fill the container for this purpose) and at this price and this non-quality, eggs are extra!!!!, choice of management after question at reception. Apparently, the pigeons loved eating the leftover plates left on the tables by staff who seemed to be overwhelmed and therefore very long although friendly. First and last time. Damage!

I even wonder if I was given a superior room instead of an exclusive one. Spa by appointment due to Covid when we are not asked for our pass on arrival... In short, apart from a very nice breakfast, nothing to remember about this place...

Very disappointed with the restaurant, the quality of the dishes (tomato burrata = tasteless mozzarella and tomatoes, Caesar salad with a sauce that is not homemade) the valet parking staff (car on the road) unpleasant. Not the same speech at the level of the tariff, at the restaurant the staff tells us that there is nothing to settle, on leaving the valet asks us to pay 20€. It's not the problem to pay for parking it's even normal except when we are told that there is nothing to settle and that you have eaten badly For a 5 star hotel we are very disappointed and we will not return not.

Very nice spa, water jets a little noisy but possibility to stop them. Masseuse very well, however, we encountered a noise problem during the massage (150€ for 25min) parent child. I was just told that next time they would be careful .... we were on vacation in Nice we will not be back.

I booked at the last minute with the Staycation app, everything went pleasantly well. When you arrive, park in front of the hotel, a valet will park your car (always count €35 for parking per night). We took advantage of the pool table while waiting for our room to finish being ready. The room was perfect, the access to the swimming pool too. Small problem we could not take advantage of the Hammam because it had just been renovated. Everything is close to the hotel so everything can be done on foot, because knowing the price of car parks in the city it can be very very expensive. Breakfast was included in the price, a lot of choice, available until 15 p.m., that's the big plus. I will come back !

I recommend with a capital R! What can I say, except that the Boscolo is a sumptuous hotel, with magnificent rooms. A quality of service with top professionalism concerning the SPA, unfortunately a small problem with the hammam and sauna which are out of order. But that's nothing compared to the masseuses who know their trades, and who allowed us to clear our minds for 25 minutes. You will understand, I recommend!

Nowhere when booking online was it specified that the spa was closed. I had asked for a red rose bouquet in the room when we arrived as a surprise to my husband he was not there and no one knew when he would arrive. The sheets were stained in short I would never go back.

The Boscolo Nice Hotel & Spa is a hotel establishment that is worth the detour. As soon as you enter the hall, you are amazed by the beauty of the place. The decoration is sumptuous and the atmosphere is very pleasant. You immediately feel transported to a world of luxury and refinement. The rooms are also up to our expectations. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is of good quality. One can easily rest and get a good night's sleep. In addition, the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. Finally, the pianist who animates the evenings at the bar is simply brilliant. His music is captivating and you can't help but let yourself be carried away by the rhythm.
