We had a great stay here! We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and (special thanks to the VIP service team led by Renata) specially helped us decorate the room which made us feel very honored and happy. Room view 2913 on high floor, it is in a very good location, the room is nice and clean, the executive lounge upstairs has a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, it is very pleasant for me to have a drink on the evening.
They can't wait to organize their next trip to Paris and to stay again in this place full of love!

Great bar upstairs to watch the Eiffel Tower flashing every hour in the evening.
Bedroom and bathroom good. With slippers but no bathrobe. I love the light that comes on at night when you get up.

The hotel and the rooms are very good with a very classy and comfortable old-fashioned luxury side.
I loved.

-All rooms open onto a large interior terrace; the view of the sea from the rooms, boasted by the establishment, is only very partial!
The establishment should find a way to ward off seagulls (by ultrasound, for example) who come to serve themselves and spill dishes and plates on the tables on the terrace as soon as customers leave their table; it is very unpleasant and problematic in terms of hygiene. Be vigilant during your breakfasts taken on the terrace.

+The Nice Hyatt is a must stay. The service and location are excellent! Terrace with sea view, comfort and space. I highly recommend the sauna and steam room as well as the swimming pool. Everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I also recommend the piano bar and the cocktails. Live music every Thursday 🙂 The restaurant on the 3rd floor is a very good option for a tired evening, a plus for the selection of wines by the glass, all excellent.

-The architecture of the building means that you can see the sea and not the horizon (6th floor) because of a huge strip of concrete, maybe better to be lower. The U-shape concentrates the noise of the sea and the road, very noisy. Kitch and old-fashioned interior. Nondescript bathroom, few welcome products (soap, shampoo, conditioner, milk). Rough towels and bathrobes. Kettle with tea bags and a bag of powdered coffee… concrete pillows (shape memory requested and provided). Overrated hotel, in fact basic, nothing of a 5* apart from the huge halls and the reputation of the place. Bad value for money. I will not come back.
