-Breakfast overpriced (25€) and very ordinary. Endless wait on arrival to be received by reception, no less than 45 minutes hanging around. Very limited room service menu. Tapestry walls damaged in the rooms, a condemned door leading to another room. In short all this not worthy of a 5 star.

-One thing totally ruined our stay. I had booked in this Hotel Spa, in order to please my wife and that she could take advantage of the Spa. The first thing when we arrived was to rush to the spa in order to be able to choose and book our treatments. Immediate and fairly dry response, it's complete this week and we're taking your numbers to put you on the waiting list. Of course, no call. The Spa is open to all, and therefore in August, taken by storm by all the holidaymakers in the area. It is inconceivable that in a 5-star hotel, no slots are reserved for customers who pay for a 5-star service. It's a total lack of common sense really, it's the hotel customers who find themselves on the waiting list, and those of the campsite next door had their slot because they arrived earlier. Likewise, no communication from the hotel before our arrival, to ask us to book in advance at the spa. We had come to spend 4 days, we shortened the stay suddenly. A Hotel which was upgraded to 5 stars in 2016, but which forgot that customers of a 5 star hotel need all the services of the hotel. The stay would have been perfect, if the expected spa hotel had not been content with just the hotel

The staff ignored our seafood platter reservation and offered the menu which was more than mediocre only the dessert was pleasing to the eyes and the taste buds. I don't prefer to talk about the so disappointing starter and main course (and this menu at 55.00 euros!!!!!) Breakfast in the room! forgotten milk, squeezed grapefruit (it's an industrial juice) and industrial fruit salad! In such an establishment we would have liked a minimum of welcome, politeness and a restaurant worthy of the name!

Disappointing experience, the restaurant with a breathtaking view of the ocean was not accompanied by the expected quality. Tasting menu reserved by phone, when we arrived specifying our reservation they did not have the information on the chosen menu. This one chosen on the website did not correspond to the restaurant menu. A fleeting service with begging descriptions. Continuation of the day at the Parcours Marin de la Thalasso, installation acceptable if the price was not €45 per person, small, few seats, damaged wall, no more shower gel available, no cold shower after the sauna. Simply avoid.

A very beautiful establishment whose view is the very strong point: surrounded by water and with a view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. The view from the suites "over the water" is magnificent with a large terrace. The hotel bar is also of the same quality: panoramic view of the water with space and musical accompaniment. I put 4 stars for the service and not 5 because out of 4 interlocutors, 2 were barely friendly: during check out it was the union minimum and at the entrance to the marine course that we had reserved, 'we were told that we could change directly on the spot we were "kindly" reprimanded by having us hailed because we had to change in our room which was not at the level of the hotel especially since it contradicted what which we were told at check in.

Perfect site to relax and unwind

+Perfect place for a stay in order to relax. Spacious and very comfortable room with balcony. The room is very quiet when the bay window is closed, but the balconies being aligned, we hear the neighbors and they of course hear us too 🙂 The thalassotherapy and balneotherapy facilities are very good, of good quality and the staff always attentive . The massages are extra! (count €118 for 1 hour) The establishment is very beautiful and the decoration perfect, in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The price of the room includes access to a bath area / relaxation jets, the solarium, and a very beautiful heated and covered seawater swimming pool with deckchairs and panoramic view of the ocean, Also a large gym. The site is located very close (on foot) to the port, restaurants / shops and 6/8 minutes from the beach. The outdoor car park is free, and it is possible to park in the basement (paying). The breakfast (25 €) is perfect and can be taken in your room (top).

-The restaurant: we had a bad experience during our first dinner. Many people that evening but the waiting time was very long and a member of staff was very unpleasant (not the others), which spoiled part of the meal. The manager Ousman reacted very well afterwards when we complained, but we did not return to this restaurant again. The glass separation of our balcony was broken and replaced by a large wooden plank... unattractive and not up to the standards of a 1* hotel.

-Having traveled through Brittany this summer in 4 or 5 star hotels, I was only disappointed by the Miramar. It is unacceptable for a five-star hotel to make its customers wait 30 minutes for check-in and check-out. Lamentable breakfast at the rate of 25 euros per person .. pastries and frozen breads .. boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs ... no choice of cheeses (the only one being in plastic) Very small swimming pool compared to the presentation of the hotel .

-A little high quality/price ratio for the services and benefits offered in this 5* Thalasso/body care = average. Non-opening of the panoramic roof of the swimming pool and having to cross the restaurant and/or the bar to access it. Port Crouesty, resort without charm and not very lively. Port Navalo 5 minutes by car is much livelier.

The quality of care, the calm of the cabins, the welcome of all the teams, The very pleasant "balneotherapy" area (sea course), Compliance with COVID standards: you feel even safer than elsewhere, Five stars included, easy access to the beautiful Fogeo beach, the comfort of the bedding, the size of the bathroom, the presence of a Nespresso coffee maker in the room.

-Key Points: - Unavailability of spa treatments and too limited hours - Having to book treatments months in advance because there are no reserved slots for hotel guests - Breakfast: the price (25 euros though!) wouldn't shock me if it weren't so bad -Some catering employees allow themselves not to respond to customers who greet them (very rare) Otherwise: *I didn't appreciate having to wait 35 minutes for my room to be ready. It is not up to the customer to have to deal with the schedule of the cleaning teams, COVID or not. If you need more time to do the room, which can be perfectly understandable, then make arrangements! Choosing to start the commercial relationship with disappointment and a lack of respect for your commitments seems more difficult to 'recover' than asking customers to return a room at "x" hours. I dare to hope that these kinds of incidents remain isolated. I would like to say that Mrs. Anne-Sophie H. handled this incident impeccably, it became (almost!) difficult to remain unhappy! *Breakfast is a shame, both in terms of its quality and its price: 25 euros for industrial and a choice that is pitiful to see...while there are so many craftsmen a stone's throw away quality!! Incomprehensible...unless these same craftsmen refuse to work with the establishment? *The opening hours of the SPA Océanique are a little too restricted: 2 p.m. to 18 p.m., there is no time to visit the surroundings AND take advantage of the facilities...a pity to have to choose! *I found it embarrassing to swim in front of customers eating at the restaurant! *Supplement for access to the "balneotherapy" part In summary: establishment whose staff makes up for the lack of professionalism of the management.

For a first thalassotherapy stay in a 5-star hotel, I am very, very disappointed. The cold pools prevent us from relaxing in the marine spaces despite our daily complaints. Thalassotherapy treatment protocols are not always respected. On the other hand, the restaurant and bar are excellent. As for the request for compensation, a treatment offered and a glass of champagne... for a future visit... no comment...

Inadmissible for this price when you would like local, artisanal, fresh, gourmet. Not enough people at the reception for checkin and to join room service (all such goes through them). Hygiene products with a blah composition. No good restaurant on the port nearby (forced to take the car for the evening).

I had the opportunity to stay at the Miramar La Cigale Hotel Thalasso & Spa and I must say that I was completely won over by this establishment. First of all, the location on the sea is simply stunning. The view is breathtaking and allows you to recharge your batteries in a few moments. The room was huge and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding which allowed me to spend peaceful and restorative nights. The decoration was elegant and refined, which added even more charm to the whole. The hotel staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. I was impressed by their professionalism and availability. They were able to answer all my requests with a smile and good humor. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that electric bicycles were made available to customers. This allowed me to discover the surroundings in an original and ecological way. A great initiative on the part of the establishment. In short, I highly recommend the Miramar La Cigale Hotel Thalasso & Spa for anyone looking for a place of relaxation and well-being. I am "only" a customer of the bar on the 4th floor, I go there with great pleasure each of my stays in the Gulf. I wanted to leave a message today because, in addition to the delicious cakes that accompanied my 16-17 p.m. tea, I was able to appreciate the quality of the service of the person attached to the bar as well as the care given to the customer by a certain Martha (I hope not to miss his first name) that I called this evening, having misplaced my credit card during the day. Congratulations to them and a very happy New Year's Eve to the entire Miramar team!

We spent an afternoon at the marine course: very nice for the entry fee paid. The staff is attentive, the course is well done and the place is very pretty. Too bad however to be delivered to us even on arrival to recover the towels / bathrobes without knowing where to go. The coating of the walls on the marine course is also a bit of a pain because it is faded.

Looks a bit abandoned: no herbal tea or cups for water, few deckchairs and especially chairs, no ice for the sauna. - The restaurant is the only negative point of our stay. The service, drinks (wines and cocktails in particular) and desserts are very good, the rest is served in large quantities at a low quality despite the high prices.
