When at the chocolate factory a tasteless and very expensive hot chocolate. I asked to buy rocks but with the heat the chocolate has whitened, I reported it and the answer was no it's normal they are made like that. I find this answer unacceptable, especially since my husband is a chocolate pastry chef!! Too bad we won't be back.

Screams of drunken people follow the rodeos of big cars on 2 or 4 wheels, tirelessly from 23 p.m. hears the music, excessively loud. Some import a rowdy urban lifestyle into these peaceful mountains. Everyone could live well without disturbing themselves if there was a little more respect from these nocturnal establishments, and regulation from the town hall. We had to catch up on two nights of sleep after leaving the hotel, which is unfortunate considering the price of the rooms.

Perfect organization from your arrival in the car park until the day of your departure. The hotel is most pleasant in terms of its layout and decoration. The restoration is at the level of its star. I recommend the tasting menu accompanied by different wines for each dish. The well-appointed pool spa set has a stone floor to prevent any slipping. All this in the calm and tranquility of Mont d'Arbois. Golf, chairlift, promenade paths located a stone's throw away. This hotel is a true 5 star!

Everything is good but if you want to be a perfectionist there are a few shortcomings to reach the 5 star rating. Spelling mistakes on the word welcome, an error on the menu in the room (written 2x white wine instead of white wine and red wine), broken shutters, functional but broken shower plate, lack of certain juices ( heard from other customers) ... nothing serious or essential but at this price level you have to aim for excellence in my opinion.

I can't thank the whole team enough who took the time to answer my messages to organize a great romantic weekend for my husband's birthday and this, for 1 year since this surprise was prepared. The whole team (management, reception, valet, spa, breakfast service, bar, chambermaid...) without exception was top notch! Megève is a beautiful village but chalet zannier makes you feel good. Clearly, the team is there for you and does everything to make sure you have a good time. The room was really beautiful and very clean! We will be back and recommend!

Here, service is the key word, not the useless service of palaces but attentive and personalized service, what you think, they anticipated it and you didn't realize it! Not to mention the authenticity of the place... I couldn't list here all the nice touches for our first stay in the mountains with our 1-month-old granddaughter, but our only complaint, because it takes one, is that we weren't stayed only 15 days!!!!! The spa area is pleasant although not very big. We went there to relax after a hike, unfortunately for us a child was present and was playing quite restlessly (bombs in the pool). The breakfast was very good, the buffet is not huge but the products are fresh and of good quality.

We recently spent an unforgettable weekend at Alpaga, a Beaumier hotel. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by helpful and dedicated staff who showed us to our deluxe double room. The bedroom was spacious and elegant, decorated in neutral tones and equipped with a very large double bed for optimal comfort. The view from the window was exceptional and provided a very nice view of the surrounding mountain.
After taking advantage of the activities in the region, we took refuge in the spa to relax. The luxurious spa had all the amenities we needed including an indoor leisure tub, spa treatments, an outdoor sauna overlooking Mont Blanc and a Scandinavian bath where we could enjoy the scenery below.
In the evening, we went to the Michelin-starred restaurant “La Table de l'Alpaga, a Beaumier hotel” to taste the chef's delicious seasonal gourmet cuisine. The dining room was spacious and very tastefully decorated, offering diners stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

During our stay in Megève, we tested the Four Seasons hotel. We were welcomed with great warmth and quality service. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff are professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable, spacious and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities and services were of excellent quality and we spent peaceful nights there.
The breakfast was excellent and made with fresh, local ingredients. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers fine gourmet cuisine. We had a great stay and highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel in Megeve for an upscale stay.

+The rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated. The staff is caring, attentive and discreet. The location of the property is quite ideal. A few tens of meters on foot in the right direction can immerse you in the beauty of alpine nature. Kaito restaurant is a good memory.
-The restaurant hours do not live up to the claims of the establishment. Even out of season, ie between September 4 and 5... If you go to the restaurant after 20:30 p.m. the kitchens are announced as being closed from 21 p.m. This is not up to par with such an establishment. Unfortunately, room service is only available until 00:22 p.m. There too it does not work. The Four Season Megève is an exceptional establishment. It is very well located in nature. It is therefore also by definition far from any easy local catering. If you arrive after 00:20 p.m. and feel a bit peckish while you settle in, chances are you'll be hungry for the night. That said, the staff is quality, attentive and will always be able to find a solution for you. In an establishment such as the Four Seasons in Megève, I expected something other than penny-pinching savings on catering and room service hours.

A delicious and hearty meal, magnificent piece of beef. But what really charmed us was the customer service! We had a manager who was very involved in finding us the best photo spots, and we were even taken up in the Honey Suit at sunset, with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Simply wonderful. Not to mention the surprise dessert offered because we did not like our cake (made by an outside pastry chef). So, thank you very much for your welcome! ❤️

We treat ourselves from time to time to a dinner to celebrate an occasion (as soon as we have the means to offer ourselves a share of the dream). The maids, the valets, the reception staff, the restaurant waiters, the cooks, Marine, the organizer of our wedding…every member of the hotel is friendly and caring. I was very poorly received, the hostess let me wait 45 minutes on the pretext that there was no room in the gallery while she installed people who arrived after me and without reservation. After the wait and without any word of apology, she came to tell me that a table was freed up for an hour and that after that I have to leave because it is reserved. Ten minutes later, the gallery was almost empty and the story of the reservation was of course invented. I have never been treated so badly and I will never set foot there again. It should be noted that the setting is really beautiful and the desserts are delicious. Too bad the staff is not up to such a chain.

+Chalet Mazot has a beautiful location and very good equipment which offers great comfort. The human size of the site is also a great asset because it allows you to take full advantage of the place. The interior decoration with portraits of starred chefs is original. The breakfast is "gastronomic" it is a treat. The shuttle set up to get to the Flocon village restaurant is really very practical.
-Well-being activities due to the coronavirus are limited to a minimum (swimming pool + sauna). the swimming pool gives the feeling of being between 4 walls because it does not have a view of the outside. It is equipped with only 2 nozzles for massaging. From my point of view, a bench with the possibility of massaging your back would really be a plus and would allow you to sit down to stay in the water for a bit.,
