The staff are simply amazing, providing exceptional service and attention to detail that truly made my stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendliness of the restaurant staff, I was impressed with the quality of service throughout my stay.
The establishment itself is also remarkable. The rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable, offering all the luxury one could wish for. The facilities are also top notch, with a fantastic spa and indoor pool to relax in after a day on the slopes.
All in all, I cannot recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Megeve highly enough. If you are looking for a luxury stay in the French Alps, this is the perfect place. The staff and the establishment are simply top notch!

July 16, 2022 at 5:53 pmBeing a regular at the chain and passing through Paris, I decided to have a drink at the hotel. I was very poorly received, the hostess let me wait 45 minutes on the pretext that there was no room in the gallery while she installed people who arrived after me and without reservation. After the wait and without any word of apology, she came to tell me that a table was freed up for an hour and that after that I have to leave because it is reserved.
Ten minutes later, the gallery was almost empty and the story of the reservation was of course invented.
I have never been treated so badly and I will never set foot there again.
It should be noted that the setting is really beautiful and the desserts are delicious.
Too bad the staff is not up to such a chain.

The property is simply stunning, with attention to detail in all aspects of design and decor. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with very comfortable bedding which allowed me to spend peaceful and restorative nights.
On top of that, the hotel amenities are top notch. I particularly appreciated the large heated swimming pool and its comfortable deckchairs, where I could relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel's three restaurants are also outstanding, offering delicious and varied cuisine that satisfied all my tastes.
But what really made the difference for me was the hotel staff. They were all incredibly thoughtful and caring for me, making sure I had everything I needed for a memorable stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made my stay even more special.

It is a magnificent place, marvelously decorated with splendid orchids. Calm and peaceful place. Cozy atmosphere with musical notes that gracefully escape from the pianist's fingers. A nice moment out of time.

It is sincerely unfortunate to see that when it comes to negative opinions, the staff does not take the trouble to provide a personalized response. This is just a copy/paste. Your luxury status obliges you to have a certain quality, even where the devil hides in the details.

A Christmas, then my wedding…I spent magical and unforgettable moments with my family in this place.
We treat ourselves from time to time to a dinner to celebrate an occasion (as soon as we have the means to offer ourselves a share of the dream).
In addition to the magnificent place and the excellence of the staff, we especially like their kindness.
The maids, the valets, the reception staff, the restaurant waiters, the cooks, Marine, the organizer of our wedding…every member of the hotel is friendly and caring.
It's a real cocoon where we are always spoiled, welcomed with attention, a gesture, and special care, although we are not at all part of its wealthy clientele.

My brother booked a table for his engagement, and we couldn't have asked for more.
The setting was perfect and very warm.
A delicious and hearty meal, magnificent piece of beef.
But what really charmed us was the customer service!
We had a manager who was very involved in finding us the best photo spots, and we were even taken up in the Honey Suit at sunset, with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Simply wonderful.
Not to mention the surprise dessert offered because we did not like our cake (made by an outside pastry chef).
So, thank you very much for your welcome! ❤️

+The rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated.
The staff is caring, attentive and discreet.
The location of the property is quite ideal. A few tens of meters on foot in the right direction can immerse you in the beauty of alpine nature.
Kaito restaurant is a good memory.
-The restaurant hours do not live up to the claims of the establishment. Even out of season, i.e. between September 4 and 5...
If you arrive at the restaurant after 20 p.m. the kitchens are announced as being closed from 30 p.m. This is not up to par with such an establishment.
Unfortunately, room service is only available until 22:00 p.m. There too it does not work.
The Four Season Megève is an exceptional establishment. It is very well located in nature. It is therefore also by definition far from any easy local catering.
If you arrive after 20:30 p.m. and feel a bit peckish while you settle in, chances are you'll be hungry for the night.
That said, the staff is quality, attentive and will always be able to find a solution for you.
In an establishment such as the Four Seasons in Megève, I expected something other than penny-pinching savings on catering and room service hours.
