-Bad luck, there was apparently a problem with the boiler in our building during the two days of our stay (cold water). However, the staff were responsive and offered to move us. Just note that the breakfast and the spa are located in different buildings, so in winter you have to brave the cold to get to one or the other.

+A magnificent environment especially in this season, just the walk in the park around the buildings is worth it!! A spacious and comfortable room, well prepared well arranged. A very pleasant spa and very good (dinner at the gourmet restaurant) and plentiful (breakfast) restaurants. In short, an enchanted parenthesis a few minutes from the Château de Chantilly.

-The spa is quite basic, a swimming pool, sauna, hamam. A few sensory showers without much interest. We would have appreciated a hot tub or more water jets. (We did not test the treatments) In the gastronomic restaurant, a few small service errors (eg, serving the wine to Monsieur before Madame, wine which was moreover a different one than that ordered) but which in no way call into question the friendliness of the servers and their diligence as well as their knowledge of their menu.

The hotel is nice, but the friendliness of the managers & the cleanliness could be improved.

+We have stayed at this hotel 4 times. The setting is incredible (hotel grounds, small village around and forest), ideal for a rejuvenating weekend away from the city. The SPA and the restaurant are real pluses.

-Several defects present in our room: - marks on some walls; - lock torn off on the bedroom door; - TV not working; - and sofa bed not made in the evening (we had to return to reception at 22 p.m. to report this). Major element of disappointment compared to our previous stays: one of the bartenders who was not at all professional and not up to the standard of an establishment of this type: unfriendly, glass spilled on the table without excuse and without replacement, rather brutal clearing. Finally, we had been given SPA slots "without children" and despite this promise, we found ourselves in the middle of a schoolyard.

Continuation of my previous review. After a bad start to the evening with too long a service (1h40 to get the entrance) the manager made up for it very well. Thanks to him for his kindness, his availability and his professionalism. On the other hand, the management must review its copy. Lack of server compared to the number of customers which leads to dissatisfaction. Regarding the food, the dishes were delicious and well presented.

So a simple sorry won't be enough to bring me back, you just lost a client. I strongly advise against the establishment which is not warm, not clean, not at all up to its 4 stars. It's a shame !

The reception is efficient The breakfast is great and very complete there are also very good gluten-free products and the possibility of lactose-free cappuccino and a lot of different products The Craft is a very good restaurant with original and seasonal cuisine The dishes were very good, the wines too The carrousel when it was, gourmet restaurant was excellent The service was very pleasant and very caring Our allergies (shellfish for me) and gluten-free for my wife were respected by calling us beforehand to offer us alternatives The staff has always been pleasant In the spa the swimming pool is at a good temperature and rather large It opens early (8am) The bedding is good, the bed comfortable and the small pleasant terrace The setting of the establishment is also very pleasant

-The spa is below our expectations: -one of the two saunas was out of order -the hammam and the area next to it had an unpleasant smell close to the sewer lifts which spoils your desire to stay there -the water slots access of 2 hours (which I find short) are not respected, for example there are times for children and "adult only" times which allow you to be quiet. These times are absolutely not respected and the pool becomes deafening in the presence of children and this prevents you from swimming since they jump, dive, splash etc. -the fridge in the room makes noise and woke us up at night -The swimming pool closes early (20 p.m.) And in terms of cleanliness there were cobwebs all over the place: bedroom entrance door , under the sofas of the spa, in the entrance hall of the pavilion….

-We encountered a problem during our one-night stay, my husband and I went to the spa and on returning to our suite we noticed a man in the room who told us he was a technician. We have not been warned of his arrival but we let him do his job without asking too many questions until we get home. My husband's wallet is currently missing €150. On the same evening when the technician came by, my husband received validation requests for transactions of €200 without him knowing where it came from. The only time we left the wallet unattended was when we went to the spa and that infamous technician was in the room. I called you 4 hours ago when I came across the spa which took my contact details so that the reception could call me back, I am still waiting to hear from you.

Extremely disappointed, We booked a room with a double bed on arrival we were told that there are only single beds and that we have to pay a supplement.... nice surprise. Room smelling bad of damp, ashtray full on the terrace Shower floor tiles completely broken for 324€ it is starting to be excessive Staff not at all benevolent Disappointing hotel charging prices for the location but not the height for the services. The only positive point is the breakfast which is quite exceptional and fortunately given the pricing.

Here is the typical example of the accumulation of small events that can lead to a very bad customer experience. We booked this hotel to be near the Chateau de Chantilly. We had asked to be in a quiet room and we were spoiled... Arriving in the room, we discovered that we were placed in front of what seemed to be an air extractor with an incessant engine noise. We decided to go with it. The pool, which works by slot reservation, had lockers that worked randomly, not locking or locking by overriding your code. Let's move on to the municipal swimming pool atmosphere even though minors weren't normally allowed in the slot we had reserved. At the meal, otherwise excellent, we waited in vain for the cheese platter... Finally, back in the room, we tried to sleep despite the air extraction outside and the presence of a room buzzing electric adjoining our bedroom. As we turned on the bedside lamp, the power went out in the bedroom. We had to call the reception with our mobile phone because the one in the room was not working properly. It was the last straw and we decided to go home at 2:00 in the morning. A short romantic getaway, thanks to Cassandre at the reception who made sure we had a great time and who was extremely attentive to my request. The room was really perfect and impeccably clean.
