A small welcome kit would be appreciated (nail file, shower cap, cotton swabs...).

However, at the bedroom level, the bathroom and the bedroom are separated by a glass partition. In itself, it's not glamorous when you have to go to the little corner! Finally, in terms of cleanliness, it could be better. Indeed, at the level of the bathtub, it was not clean... and level of decoration of the room, a small effort of refreshing would not do any harm.

Fortunately, it stops at 1 am but resumes at 5 am. Another negative point, you come back at 23:30 p.m. and you wait 10 minutes for the attendant to give you your room key. It is, I hope, cyclical! The rooms are small but comfortable.

An ideal area for visiting Paris or for a shopping session and cinemas / theaters if you are passing through the capital. Hotel on 6 floors, with a resolutely artistic and modern decoration, focused on red and black in the rooms which gives it a Japanese look. The hotel is very calm and silent at night (room facing the inner courtyard). Modern and functional bathrooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff, fluent in both French and English. After spending the first night in a room with a mattress on a platform, I asked to be changed to a more classic bed, which was done diligently and with a smile. A big thank-you ! Hotel to be recommended both for its location and for its comfort and 4* service.

Located on the 6th and last floor, I was able to benefit from a small private terrace, very pleasant, giving the charm of this hotel located very close to the Opera Garnier but in a quiet street. +Very pleasant family stay of 5 days in August. The place is just beautiful. The junior suite was very well suited for 2 adults and 2 children. A lot of attention from the staff throughout our stay (luggage care, personalized welcome, many attentions in the room, very attentive staff with the children). The breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, as well as the Verchant beach restaurant. The place is magical and the food excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

The food at the beach restaurant is of very good quality and cooked by an excellent chef, we have never been disappointed over the 4 evenings, as have the products offered for breakfast. Finally, the view is incredible and the facilities offered by the hotel are of good quality. We spent 4 exceptional days in a quiet place despite a hectic month of August.

+the setting of the domain is without hesitation the must of this relay and castles, the hundred-year-old trees, the paths of Mediterranean essences, the cacti, and the vines in the very middle of the hotel and the restaurant form a harmonious and soothing setting. The musical evening by the swimming pool during dinner at the "la plage" restaurant is also a great success and energizes the sleeping area in the evening. The three swimming pools are superb and each offer a different character. Meals and breakfast are perfect. the buildings and the various "places" within the estate are a great success. The view of the estate from the 2nd floor was magnificent, especially in the evening when the soft lights come on. the staff, young, was perfect, friendly and dedicated, special mention for the beach restaurant or the breakfast staff.
-The concept of "terrace" must be reviewed by the hotel because the so-called room with terrace is a sham, said terrace is not a vulgar balcony... the condition of the door frames, rust in the bathroom are not not at the level of a Relais et Châteaux, unless the hotel gives "Booking" customers the least good rooms, so the quality/price ratio is not up to scratch.

The pool was not open but looks nice. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom also with a large walk-in shower. The bedding is very comfortable, the air conditioning efficient. -The room overlooked the parking lot so some noise in the evening. Presence of a microwave but no kettle or mini-fridge, it's a shame because in summer we would appreciate putting a bottle of water in the fridge. We had a wonderful night, it had been a long time since we had slept so well. Quality bedding changes everything for sleep. The rooms are well soundproofed. For my part I found only one negative point, the broken toilet bowl is very yellowed. I still recommend this hotel if you want to sleep peacefully. Thank you for your welcome.

June 8, 2022In all honesty, this is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. To set the scene a bit, we were on a 3-day weekend (with the Monday holiday). Take a hotel this Saturday evening at 23:30 p.m. on the big motte, all the others were full. This is the only hotel that could accommodate us with 4 adults. He was also full but found a solution for us and in the end we were able to have a suite! A huge THANK YOU to the receptionist whom I had on the phone and who subsequently welcomed us. We were on Saturday May 6, 2023 (I hope that the owner or the director of the establishment is aware of the chance he has to have staff of this quality!). You can go there with your eyes closed. Be courteous with people and they will return it to you a hundredfold in this hotel as in life.

Already for one I wanted to thank the professionalism of the staff at the reception concerning the reservation, concerning the accessibility of the establishment, the outdoor swimming pool, the comfort of the bedding in the spacious rooms. Nothing to say about the establishment in general. Then, concerning the bathroom too small, no place to put the vanity, no place to put the toiletry bag always the same problem as in all hotels shower drain, clogged shower head that does not work well average shower curtain doors, towels, missing and toilet bowl to change which does not reflect the establishment Frankly for the price it's worth! Then the terraces are Alezes of course the lack of civility of the people as usual who come home at two 3am and who make noise in the hall but that we can't do anything about it breakfast it's in a closed room I find it really a shame the kitchenette, we should change the kitchen utensils which are mostly missing but overall it's okay it's still okay. This is a hotel with huge potential with small areas for improvement.
