This hotel is very well located in Bourges. The welcome, the quality of the accommodation were perfect for a reasonable price.

Good hotel well located. Probably a ventilation problem in the bathroom: after each shower the room is invaded by humidity. The prices charged were not quite those announced on the phone when booking. The three nights were to be €99 each; only the first was at this rate; the other two were charged €100. Admittedly, it only makes a difference of €2...

As part of a business trip, I spent one night in this hotel. Good welcome, clean room, good comfort neat decoration. Small flat, two sockets on the desk and none around the bedside tables which are also super small, it's a real shame. Breakfast without surprise Transgourmet or Disgroup, so industrial, here we don't work with local craftsmen and the choice is very limited.

We stayed in a room at 110 euros/night. It was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Nearby parking is quite easy and the city center is very close. I recommend this hotel.

Although the rooms have been carefully redone, the pillow is catastrophic and the quality of the breakfast is not up to the expected standard. Overall barely ok PS; having a bottle of water in your room on arrival would be a minimum, not here under the guise of environmental action.

+Everything seemed, on entering, great for a great stay with this great location. We had taken the risk of booking a room at the 1st price, despite everything, with a good dinner on site, it will probably be very nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant is full. First cloud. The night is disturbed by a window that does not close. Some would have said, you were going to be lulled by the waves, this was not the case. The breakfast was still very decent.

-We forgot my wife's evening trousers in the wardrobe when we left the hotel. Two days later, we reported our oversight which had not been followed up. So we went back there, living less than 100 km away. The lady at the reception, kindly, revisited the room which had not been re-rented, alas, without a trace of these orange pants.

We had a great holiday at Villa Caroline. Ideal location when you have children 10 meters from the beach! Caring staff who want your stay to go well. We were half board and we ate very well balanced and varied menus and they adapt to children. The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms (but that depends on the neighbors you have) but it's an old building full of charm!

Very pleasant and always available staff. However, beware of arachnophobes, 2 large spiders in the room when we arrived and which should not have been the same day… Very small room, separate beds and 2 different duvets not great for a romantic weekend. Heating turned off so not very hot in the room. Very small TV, remote did not work. Cleaning done but not thorough. Shower very cramped and without any pressure (so much so that getting rid of the shower cream was complicated). The setting is however magnificent even if unfortunately the weather was not in our favour. The breakfast offers a wide choice of products.

My stay at the Lutetia was perfect, from the arrival thanks to the reception staff, through the restaurant and of course the impeccable suite. -the bedding probably needs a little improvement, mattress a little hollow. but I don't think it's embarrassing for anyone who doesn't suffer from back pain. another point, related to the age of the house, the noises of water from the neighboring rooms are quite present. one detail, it was a shame not to have real milk available at breakfast.

The hot water didn't last until the end of my shower, I had to rinse my hair with cold water. The box containing the toilet paper was almost on the floor, not practical to use it… A very unpleasant shower gel/shampoo. I'm not sure it's because of this product but 15 minutes after the shower I had a kind of allergic reaction, like hives on my body, horrible itching... If we had to spend a second night we would have left the hotel. The photos of the rooms do not correspond in any way with the room we were allocated…

-No reception. Nobody on arrival. The manager was rude and haughty. She barked at us, at me and my family. And that shocked me. Breakfast correct without more but Honestly for the price it is quite acceptable.

-The mattress was very hard, I understand that you have to adapt to all customers. And I also blame that there is no small kettle available in the room. 2€ for coffee/ 2€ for a cup of tea... but if you feel like it before sleeping. It's not possible and that's a shame.

But I think what makes the real difference is the staff. I dealt with adorable people, very caring and very professional. Thank you very much for giving me such a warm welcome on Sunday and Monday. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Paris.

After receiving a pleasant welcome, luck, I try the room that had been reserved for me since it has just been renovated. Everything is in a harmony of beige, light wood and natural colors. The sanitary facilities are sparkling clean. This very good quality/price room is also rather spacious for a Parisian hotel since it includes a bench seat and a table at the end of the bed. I am also close to the Champs. So everything contributes to the success of this short stay in Paris.

Very very good hotel, It is located one street from the Champs Elysées, right next to a metro station. The rooms are friendly, clean and if you are lucky enough to have a window that overlooks the inner courtyard, if you open the window at night you can smell the very good smell of the restaurant. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful no matter what time you spend at the reception. The food served by room service is very very good, breakfast offers pastries, hot dishes (omelettes, hot mushrooms, sausages) cold cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheese and classics such as milk, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, cereal, toast. I had a great time there and will go back if I have the chance. The hotel deserves its 4 stars.

I was assigned a classic room (room 502). The quality of the facilities (materials, etc.) was generally not worthy of a 4 star. Unacceptable to allow customers to use an elevator in such a state. Friendly staff (tries to do what they can) and the hotel is clean. Nevertheless, at least for this room, not worth a 4 star. Good location because very close to the fields

+What we appreciated is the location of the hotel near the city center.

-The room was too small, you didn't have to be very thick to pass between the desk and the bed. The poor quality bedding, the breakfast says continental but very limited ... and with not fresh products (Frozen), An aquarium in the dirty reception room. Poor quality bedding, mattress topper with a mattress protector. The SDE we could only hold two. The great balneotherapy shower...but the state of the fittings...oxidized...no parking, paid outdoor parking, fortunately the agents did not come by. In the advertisement, it is mentioned room on garden... but it is about a terrace. Overall, a disappointing stay.
