+The service is impeccable! From start to finish we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The bedding is exceptional, we didn't want to leave the bed anymore… And calm in the hotel, in the room, is a luxury that you can't have all the time! A very pleasant giant heated swimming pool, and another very caring swimmer too. The breakfast is to die for!
-Too bad there's no jacuzzi :/ And the price for 24 hours of private parking is a little high.. If we come back we'll park in an outdoor space next to the place, that's great 🙂

-The welcome when you arrive by car really leaves something to be desired. The booking site spoke of a valet who would show us our location. In fact the security guard told us about the covered car park. This one was almost full on 3 floors and paying! 4 euros per hour. Going up from the car park with very few indications, we find ourselves in a building without reception, a little lost! After realizing that he makes you cross and go to the reception of the big building, we are told about a valet to be remunerated with tips, who we are desperately looking for in the garden. We ended up finding it thanks to the concierge, but what a waste of time. In short, we finally parked the car outside the estate.

Magnificent site very well placed in Versailles at the edge of the park of the castle. The rooms are large and comfortable, but the whole has aged and deserves a good blush. A business lesson! I came with a group as part of a professional meeting. A first night had been reserved by our parent company. I booked a second night on a personal basis. For personal reasons I had to cancel it and I left my room in the morning at 11:00 am. Right in time. At the reception I was told that I had to pay the next night, even though I was not staying. I told them that I had left the room at 11 am and that the hotel seemed by far not to be full. The lady at the reception told me that she would see what she could do and that she was going to email me to let me know. The only news I had was a debit of the amount of the night, operated using the imprint of the card left for any additional costs. I could have understood eventually if this was accompanied by a voucher for a future stay. But nothing… Moreover, I didn't have an invoice to put in front of the direct debit. Congratulations for this customer experience, which will remain unforgettable. This is what is expected in the world of luxury!

The Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace is a fabulous hotel that is ideally located. I was delighted by the warm welcome and the dedication of the lifeguards, as well as by the kindness of all the hotel staff. Throughout my stay, I was treated with courtesy and respect, which greatly contributed to my overall experience. The hotel pool is just fantastic. It is large, clean and well maintained. I had the chance to stay at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace and I must say that my experience was absolutely perfect. Everything from start to finish was flawless. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. I am especially grateful for the way my dog was received. It's rare to find a luxury hotel that allows pets, but the Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace not only accepted my dog, but also treated him with the same level of respect and consideration as the other guests. . It really made my stay even more enjoyable. I have no complaints about this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food.
