Resident of the neighborhood, this morning break is an extraordinary moment in this warm and calm setting in the heart of Paris, at Village Faidherbe. I saw the opening of this hotel at a painful time for the neighborhood and for all of our history, just after the attacks of 2015. This place, formerly a chocolate factory and a carpentry, rehabilitated by the Ecole Boulle, is at find out without delay. The staff are lovely and attentive.

The photos do not do justice to the establishment which in my opinion is one of the best value for money for a 5 star in Paris! Perfect gym for sports enthusiasts, well equipped, clean.. only downside is the swimming pool which is a bit cold and the location a bit far from the center but very practical for travelers (gare de Lyon, gare austerlitz, nearby cdg airport). Excellent room service. I will be back very soon

-The parking, the room, the staff, almost everything.
I paid the entire stay, 2 nights on my arrival and when I left, I was asked to pay the 2nd night. Apparently the person who did the check-in noted that I had only paid for one night and by card while I paid in cash. Trusting me only half, the person refused to give me my invoice and told me that she would see with the management and not send it to me by email. It's a scandal for a 5 star hotel.

Later they found another solution
But as even it is too much for 4 nights in an average quality room
Pay 1300.00 euros….
It's really too much

Following a so-called technical incident on the abnormally low displayed rates, I received a call from the hotel telling me that my reservation would be cancelled, to which I naturally replied that it was not my fault and that the hotel must bear sole responsibility for the incident. The reservation is canceled 10 minutes later and I receive an email from the hotel stating that I am the one who has requested the cancellation of the room! I know little about the regulations but it is taking a great risk to make such an allegation when the telephone conversations are recorded. Accor Group customer service has been notified. Unfortunately this is the second major incident I have encountered with the chain on a family trip. Really very disappointed and even hurt to have this impression of having no recourse!

close to the Bastille.
breakfast is plentiful and of excellent quality.
The staff is exceptional
-access to the car park is a bit narrow when you have a big car but it's already great to have a car park so we don't complain and finally, we managed to get down without any problem with a 5008!

April 24, 2023 at 11:44 pmDisappointed with a 5* hotel where the expected luxury is lacking. The common areas are very ordinary except for the spa. The room was impractical: only one chair, nothing to put your belongings or suitcases at, minimalist decor, toilets in the bathroom, products only in wall-mounted bottles, stained bathrobe.
Positives: the spa, the breakfast and the friendly staff.

-The soundproofing of the rooms!!! A disaster !! We were in room 106, and we were woken up by the clicking of the heels of women walking down the street from 8am, not to mention the cries of children going to school and delivery men for the hotel. We went to bed at 1 a.m. only to be woken up at 8 a.m. because we felt like we were sleeping on the street because the soundproofing of the rooms is so poor. Really disappointed for a 5*
