When at the chocolate factory a tasteless and very expensive hot chocolate. I asked to buy rocks but with the heat the chocolate has whitened, I reported it and the answer was no it's normal they are made like that. I find this answer unacceptable, especially since my husband is a chocolate pastry chef!! Too bad we won't be back.

It is incomprehensible that the town hall allows this type of nuisance to occur systematically every night of the holidays, to the detriment of this hotel which is valiantly starting its activity and which generates employment. Screams of drunken people follow the rodeos of big cars on 2 or 4 wheels, tirelessly from 23 p.m. hears the music, excessively loud. Some import a rowdy urban lifestyle into these peaceful mountains. Everyone could live well without disturbing themselves if there was a little more respect from these nocturnal establishments, and regulation from the town hall. We had to catch up on two nights of sleep after leaving the hotel, which is unfortunate considering the price of the rooms.

Everything was PERFECT, we were lucky enough to be upgraded for the room, our little dog was entitled to her little kennel, etc. We were SPOILED too! The restaurants are great, and the loulou we loved the atmosphere at noon with this music that made you want to dance! The servers are at the TOP, always there and adorable!! The spa at the TOP, super pretty, we were able to have a treatment.. this one went very well, it was great, the masseuses are at the top! And as for the welcome, nothing to complain about, they are GREAT, I've never seen such kind and attentive people! These are people we will never forget.. She didn't move so I took her bottle towel to dry my glass myself: she laughed..???!!, a small terrace, armchairs but no table to put down her glass, an ashtray, her phone.???. We had to shorten our stay for health reasons but the service is not at all up to 5*. Worse, the staff itself confirmed that customers were complaining and that we were not the only ones...! The negative point, the room service which one evening returned to the room FORCE which opened the door, because ns did not answer indeed we were half asleep !!!! I find this UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Also at the ski room I would like to highlight two people (I no longer remember their first names, a blond and one with glasses), who were very pleasant, kind and really professional, and they did not treat their customers differently, unlike Mr. with a mustache, which was not at all convenient with me, installing the skis of other customers, helpful and friendly. November 18, 2022A fabulous stay thanks to lovely staff. A hotel where you feel at home and you don't want to leave. Respect and conviviality are the hallmarks of this magnificent place. The housekeeping staff does an exemplary job as well. They are adorable. The SPA is very well managed. The plus which is highly appreciable, the Ski room shop where Nicolas gave us great advice and gives you your skis at the foot of the slope. Successful holidays! Really thank you for everything. The hotel is beautiful, very nicely decorated, the rooms are very spacious and very well equipped. The beds are of incomparable comfort and everything is suitable for children. The hotel is also ideally located in the resort, and has all the facilities for an idyllic stay (including the very pleasant heated swimming pool and the spa with qualified and competent staff). The food is tasty and of very high quality. The staff as a whole is incredibly kind, available and attentive. In short, go there with your eyes closed, you will have an unforgettable stay!
