Everything is good but if you want to be a perfectionist there are a few shortcomings to reach the 5 star rating. Spelling mistakes on the word welcome, an error on the menu in the room (written 2x white wine instead of white wine and red wine), broken shutters, functional but broken shower plate, lack of certain juices ( heard from other customers) ... nothing serious or essential but at this price level you have to aim for excellence in my opinion.

A delicious and hearty meal, magnificent piece of beef. But what really charmed us was the customer service! We had a manager who was very involved in finding us the best photo spots, and we were even taken up in the Honey Suit at sunset, with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Simply wonderful. Not to mention the surprise dessert offered because we did not like our cake (made by an outside pastry chef). So, thank you very much for your welcome! ❤️

We treat ourselves from time to time to a dinner to celebrate an occasion (as soon as we have the means to offer ourselves a share of the dream). In addition to the magnificent place and the excellence of the staff, we especially like their kindness. The maids, the valets, the reception staff, the restaurant waiters, the cooks, Marine, the organizer of our wedding…every member of the hotel is friendly and caring. The property is simply stunning, with attention to detail in all aspects of design and decor. I particularly appreciated the large heated swimming pool and its comfortable deckchairs, where I could relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel's three restaurants are also outstanding, offering delicious and varied cuisine that satisfied all my tastes. But what really made the difference for me was the hotel staff. They were all incredibly thoughtful and caring for me, making sure I had everything I needed for a memorable stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made my stay even more special. July 16, 2022Being a regular at the chain and passing through Paris, I decided to have a drink at the hotel. I was very poorly received, the hostess let me wait 45 minutes on the pretext that there was no room in the gallery while she installed people who arrived after me and without reservation. After the wait and without any word of apology, she came to tell me that a table was freed up for an hour and that after that I have to leave because it is reserved. Ten minutes later, the gallery was almost empty and the story of the reservation was of course invented. I have never been treated so badly and I will never set foot there again. It should be noted that the setting is really beautiful and the desserts are delicious. Too bad the staff is not up to such a chain.

-We had lunch at the Veranda restaurant and found that this one was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. The service was long especially for the 2 chopped steaks and fries that we had ordered as a priority for the children, they arrived last after several complaints. And the rest of the dishes were disappointing.

June 3, 2023Exceptional, incomparable. A Christmas, then my wedding…I spent magical and unforgettable moments with my family in this place. We treat ourselves from time to time to a dinner to celebrate an occasion (as soon as we have the means to offer ourselves a share of the dream). In addition to the magnificent place and the excellence of the staff, we especially like their kindness. The maids, the valets, the reception staff, the restaurant waiters, the cooks, Marine, the organizer of our wedding…every member of the hotel is friendly and caring. It's a real cocoon where we are always spoiled, welcomed with attention, a gesture, and special care, although we are not at all part of its wealthy clientele. Thank you for everything! I was very poorly received, the hostess let me wait 45 minutes on the pretext that there was no room in the gallery while she installed people who arrived after me and without reservation. After the wait and without any word of apology, she came to tell me that a table was freed up for an hour and that after that I have to leave because it is reserved. Ten minutes later, the gallery was almost empty and the story of the reservation was of course invented. I have never been treated so badly and I will never set foot there again. It should be noted that the setting is really beautiful and the desserts are delicious. Too bad the staff is not up to such a chain.

A delicious and hearty meal, magnificent piece of beef. But what really charmed us was the customer service! We had a manager who was very involved in finding us the best photo spots, and we were even taken up in the Honey Suit at sunset, with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Simply wonderful.
