The swimming pool is really large and magnificent, original with sea water. The room is clean, spacious and the bedding comfortable.
-The title of the room is seller but a little misleading, in fact of parking lot and dunes view, we see especially the parking lot. Perhaps the effect would be less deceptive on arrival by not mentioning a particular view in the room title. +Executive room type, superb view of the sea (like the superior rooms), comfortable, beautiful design, but lacks storage space and hooks to hang bathrobes, for example. Extra sofa bed, but at 3, it's a bit small. Attention shower and sink open in the room. Consumption of the bar in the room included in the price. Friendly and attentive staff. Small pub for the excellent restaurant Les 2 Moineaux rue St Jean, run by young people (top quality/price); on the other hand Cap Sud (very close to the hotel) disappointing.
-From a price point of view, the Novotel takes advantage of its seaside location a little. Beware of the restaurant, which is operated by an independent company (according to the reception of the Novotel): one evening it was very good (bistronomy level), a another evening for a steak and a Caesar salad (basic dishes if any) it was horrible. Breakfast ("industrial") products unworthy of a 4* (and also a 3*) in all aspects (bread, cheeses, croissants, etc.), but a beautiful view from the restaurant over the sea.

Friday evening fish buffet at the hotel restaurant, impressive and very good.

June 12, 2022A recently renovated hotel. A magnificent sea view, quality bedding and functional equipment. However, given the claimed standing, two small drawbacks: we were lucky enough to be there during the magnificent Pentecost weekend, the weather was very nice and therefore too hot both in the rooms and in the restaurant without (a priori ) way to ventilate the restaurant or to operate the air conditioning in the room. Second point: the bathroom of the room gave off, from the first night, very uncomfortable smells of sewage. Despite the zealous intervention of the technical team, no suitable solution was found to solve the problem before our departure. As we had settled everything in advance, no financial compensation for the inconvenience, a simple proposal for points to be accumulated for a future stay in a hotel agreement... too bad

May 6, 2022Surprise when we arrived to find that instead of the two twin beds requested and confirmed when booking, we found ourselves in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed! Lunch formula with two starters and two main courses and a dessert. Dismay at the refusal of a waitress to modify it but the second server was more conciliatory by asking us not to exceed 35 euros provided for the menu. Waiting in the hallway in front of the elevators to access breakfast at 9:30 am! We took full advantage of a duo treatment in a private space facing the sea. A real moment of relaxation surrounded by attentive staff. A real bubble of serenity!
