+Nothing to say, all the staff (reception, cleaning and room service) were very correct and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant is closed at the moment but you can order and dine in your room (you have the choice between 3 starters, 2 dishes - fish of the day or beef cheek, I believe - and 3 desserts). Breakfast is also served in the room, but until 12 noon, so perfect for those who want to sleep a little longer. We chose this hotel mainly for its location, quite close to the train station and very close to the city center. Recommended.

Beautiful hotel very well located in the city center.

The small black box on the door on which we affix the access card to the room was missing, revealing a hole on the latter. Finishes that have no place in a 5 star hotel.

No doubt the experience will be repeated.

-Personally, I don't really appreciate the carpet in the room, a parquet floor or a good imitation parquet lino would be more hygienic, especially now in the Covid period. We can regret that the shower is slippery whereas there are the same models treated anti-slip.

Also full of limestone in the shower, for a beautiful marble shower it doesn't do it too much even if we try to clean it. be more tolerant than usual with this damn covid.
