+Restaurant: The waitresses and the bearded waiter were very nice and attentive. They respected my request for a very well located and spacious room. All the room and reception staff were very smiling and friendly.
-Catering: The tattooed waiter was unfriendly, cold and unpleasant. Too long a wait between courses. One evening, I had the dessert canceled after more than half an hour of waiting when we had only taken 2 dishes and ordered everything at the same time. The sometimes dirty cutlery and the last breakfast trays had coffee stains. The menu at the bar was not up to date: it was noted that you could eat there, 3 small dishes were offered. Eating little, that suited us, we had organized ourselves accordingly and at 12:45, we were told that that was no longer done... Not cool.

The buffet breakfast was complete and good. We appreciated the fresh orange juice or mixed juice, even if you had to make it yourself.
-The air conditioning was not working. A bug in our bed and a former tenant's hair on the bathroom sink were unpleasantly seen and removed by us. The restaurant has a very limited menu, but we ate very well. Stoves are available to make your own fried eggs for example, which is not worthy of a 4 star

+This stay was a pleasant surprise, after reading some mixed reviews. The room was large, the bedding very good, the bathroom was clean. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The big plus point turned out to be the breakfast: there was fresh squeezed orange juice, EXCELLENT bread (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), loose tea from the Palais des Thés (with great teapots to infuse yourself in good quantity, it's rare) and everything you usually find in a hotel breakfast: cereals, fruit, cold meats etc... The hotel lent us bicycles (mountain bikes ) and helmets, we were able to take a long walk around the lake (on the road). I did a great aqua gym class, the steam room was spacious, the facilities were clean and in good condition, although it's true when in the bubble pool area, it was still crowded (lots of people ). However, we did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner.
-I may not have seen clearly, but the booking site did not indicate at the time of my reservation that the spa would close on Sunday evening for several days due to annual maintenance. Suggestion for breakfast: put local jams rather than small individual pots that generate a lot of waste

December 10thTop room Top breakfast I was very disappointed by the swimming pool… we came to have a relaxing time, it was quite the opposite: a lot of people in the pools, saunas and armored hammams (not even able to go there), courses baby swimmers on Sunday mornings… I find it very disappointing that the pools are open to outsiders. For more than 200€ per night, we benefited as much (if not less) than an external person who paid 30€ for 3 hours. You might as well go straight to a municipal swimming pool (all things considered, it doesn't change that much). I don't recommend this place, if you want to relax go elsewhere, you won't find your happiness here. Do not count on me to promote your establishment.

Sunday, January 01, we went to the bar to have explanations on the menu, we are told that before 19 p.m. you can order products on the bar menu and after you have to go to the Restaurant. Around 21 p.m., we go to the Restaurant but we can't serve ourselves, we had to book! when there were few people and by a miracle we managed to have a cold snack... The next day, we wanted to choose things from the Bar menu (before 19 p.m.) but the waitress was a bit lost who explained to us that 'there is nothing left ! that same day, a gentleman was at the bar, he was hungry and no one could prepare anything for him, even a simple snack! surreal for a 4-star establishment! To return to the Bar, too slow, and impossible to order anything other than Waffles! a very poor menu, poor Bar/Restaurant organization. Why not modify the Map in this case? or put a sign at the entrance... Too bad because the place is superb!

April 19, 2022GREAT Stay of 4 nights with my wife in this Hotel with unlimited access to their swimming pool/SPA/hammam/Sauna facilities and breakfast formula. The price is there but it is justified in view of the quality of the aquatic infrastructures, varied and available over wide opening hours. Breakfast that will delight everyone whether you are looking for gourmet or diet there is something for everyone (favorite for the honey on the shelf). The staff is courteous, smiling and discreet, always ready to respond to our requests, which is really very pleasant, thanks to them. The suite we had booked was also worth the price, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. A very good stay that I recommend.

The very spacious room, well appointed despite a non-existent decoration. I mention the small commercial gesture to compensate for the unbearable noise of the works after having complained at the reception. We would have preferred to be warned of the noise and the works at the time of the reservation, noise which sometimes started very early and not at 10 am as we were told. So this leaves a mixed opinion, very good and very bad.

We had the opportunity to spend a few days in this establishment during our stay in Aix-les-Bains. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who were very helpful and available. Our rooms were spacious and perfectly equipped with all the necessary comforts and conveniences. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms had a balcony with a view of the surrounding park.
We particularly appreciated the hotel's thermal centre, which offered us an unforgettable experience of relaxation and well-being. The water is very cold (pool and outdoor pool), no bubbles in the outdoor pool and there are a lot of people. We can wait on the side for a while. There is only one hammam and it broke down. No sauna either. Good stay but the spa leaves something to be desired.

+The decor is modern and very pretty which is nice. The staff is top notch, smiling, welcoming and attentive. We came across a quiet room without any noise (which is rather rare in hotels). The very nice breakfast with carefully selected products, always clean, organized and no matter what time you arrive, nothing is missing.
-A little disappointed with the pool, the outdoor one is very nice for splashing about for a while, the same jacuzzi but the indoor one is 1m60 all along so it's not possible to stay very long when you don't have feet and I was disappointed by the simplicity of the decorations a bit old fashioned and especially no deckchairs inside, so when it rains and it's cold you can't enjoy the pool.

The only downside, awakened around 7am by the noise of pipes probably coming from the Spa... certainly we were apologized for the filling of the swimming pool but hey... The available and very friendly chef, who goes down to the hotel garden every morning, constantly on the lookout for new ideas, a certain future in the starred world awaits him. A thank you also to the one who seemed to us to be the manager of the restaurant, passing each time at each table, to exchange a few words and make sure that all is well, including at breakfast time (one of the few professionals in the hotel with the cook)
-Young and pleasant staff on the whole but some totally lacking experience, training and little attention to customers, not corresponding to a 5 star hotel. Whether it's the sommelier unable to monitor his tables on time, the porter who barely knows how to say goodbye and hello, in short the team is too young, and above all not having either the necessary training or being checked for a 5 star establishment. The breakfast is not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, and the restaurant does not offer a menu but a blind discovery menu, which we nevertheless appreciated. On an average stay, this concept is not acceptable. But is there a long or medium stay? I highly recommend the hotel, a real haven of peace and rest, provided you choose a room with a view of the lake, do not pay too much attention to the lack of qualification of a large part of the staff, and by diversifying a lot by outside his meals, despite good catering and a chef in the making.

Very good cocktails and very popular dinner (trout and rice of veal) Charming young manager and all the staff also friendly and efficient. We will come back on sunny days for more walks and to test the outdoor swimming pool.

Indeed prestigious building and setting, menu at 50€ which remains logical given the place. The starter a veal tartare with too much crispiness, balance sheet no taste. A sweetbread is of poor quality or overcooked. A veal tendron that lacked softness, the crust was too dry. Too bad.
