It is simply magnificent, with impeccable room service and hospitality.
Rents electric scooters for free to hotel guests, which is very convenient!!

Close to shopping center and train station!
Small problem, breakfast staff (not all of them) a little in a hurry to prepare lunch so who hurries without taking care of 100% of breakfast customers and who even placed two strangers on the same table for lunch for be able to set the other tables. Only negative point that we had seen!

The cocktails at the bar were really good.
The breakfast was also very good.
-Bad surprise being placed in a room for people with reduced mobility. We were able to change rooms but we had to pay extra, which is a shame because it's not our fault.
The evening buffet was really very disappointing, too simple and not very varied for a 5* establishment. The desserts are all thawed desserts and poor cooking of the dishes on the menu (burger and prime rib).

The floor staff came by to see if everything was going well, it was very appreciable and offered a small cake. My son and I loved it. The quality of the bedding is excellent. The hotel is located just opposite Lille Europe station and 5 minutes from Lille Flandres you can quickly walk to the main square.

The little attentions made available, bottles of water, chocolate, hydro gel...
The room is clean and soundproof, the bed is large and the linens are nice. Bathrobes, slippers, various soaps and body milk, sewing kit, manicure, … nothing is missing.
The breakfast buffet is no longer possible (COVID) instead the hotel offers 3 formulas, French, sweet and salty or Boost. We didn't manage to finish, we had so many choices.
-We really have nothing to complain about.

We have just traveled 130km with my wife to have a good time in this hotel and casino complex which has everything to make you dream.
I was a customer in this establishment at the beginning of the week (hotel and casino),
I forgot my ID tonight! Pushing back like shit from the casino without any help from the hotel which tells us that everything is separate!
To summarize, do not expect any support or from the hotel if you have booked (your ID is not essential to pay)
Don't forget your ID! No refund even if you came to the hotel and casino 2-3 times in the week

It must have been the only bar open on a public holiday in Lille!!! Inadmissible.
