+Very nice establishment, very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the countryside. The shower is large and very clean, the toilets are separate, it's nice! Excellent rich and varied breakfast. The restaurant is good and the setting is very nice!
-The room being close to the dining room, we heard the noise of the tables and chairs being moved until late…
We were installed in the restaurant on a table and high chairs, not great, but it's a matter of taste!
The pillows are too firm but that's not a big deal!!

Despite the proximity of the trains there is no noise in the room.
These are well soundproofed, very clean and comfortable.
Good breakfast, beautiful crockery and beautiful cutlery.
Above all, we were delighted by the excellent welcome from Tessa who went out of her way to satisfy us throughout our stay, she is really professional, knows how to anticipate needs without being intrusive!

The quality/price ratio is exceptional.
-The staff is a bit junior and does not always have the right reflexes (certainly due to the economic situation). We sometimes wonder where the management is.
The restaurant is quite average.

+At the gates of Clermont-Ferrand, 5min from P+R car parks to get there, next to the highway, large car park, restaurant on site, large bathroom, terrace for each room, very friendly staff, mini-bar, large wardrobe , pleasant setting at the foot of the Gergovie plateau (you can see it in the presentation photos).
-Disadvantage of the advantage: the proximity of the highway brings traffic noise, even late in the evening. It is better to specify a room on the opposite side (field side) if you want to sleep with the windows open.
