+Three-star hotel in a young and contemporary style, comfortable room accessible to the disabled. Very nice decoration on the theme of Anatole France and Michelin. Good breakfast!
-Unfortunately the Anatole restaurant and the Roof Top were closed this Sunday evening although the hotel was full of travelers which seems absurd to me.
The view of the truck parking lot is not the most pleasant, although the plantations around the hotel are a real success.

-Cleaning unfortunately in room 111 under the bed and on the floor was not done there was a lot of hair and dust pilling.
With a toddler when he was playing on the floor he had them everywhere and the allergies triggered them.
The air conditioning unit did not work very well we turned it off but during the night we had to get up 4 times to turn it off, she was in my car alone and the light lit up the room and woke up our child .
It would be useful to think of putting a curtain or a door in the shower, the water splashed everywhere.

+the young woman who was at the reception was very pleasant when we arrived, large parking lot and close to lots of shops. The firm mattress that does not hurt your back.
-I wanted to help the staff by removing the sheets as well as the duvet cover and the pillow to help them a little bit, I was surprised by the amount of hair on the mattress protector … luckily I saw it in leaving because I would not have accepted to sleep in this bed.

Located 30 minutes from Vulcania, Volcan Lemptégy and departure from Puy de Dome
