The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. The continental breakfast was varied and delicious. The terrace offered a wonderful view of the sea.

And often, it's up to me to say that the flow of the sink or the shower does not work, until asking that I change the palm of my shower; who was stuck all along….
Fortunately, there are Ludovic, Alexandre and a few other dt I don't know the name who do the max and allow us to do with it, but at this price, it's not normal….

The breakfast buffet was top notch with plenty of choice and a caring team.

The room for 4 had not been prepared for 4 but for 3 and when we arrived in the room for 2 it had not been made after the departure of the previous occupants. The reception assigned us another room but 3 floors above that of our friends. We were slightly upgraded but I find this lack of organization a bit of a shame. On the other hand, the bedding is very good and the hotel very quiet.

A few points to review in the hotel such as sockets that do not work, cleaning of ventilation, cleaning under the bed, etc.
Well located for going to see a match at the Parc des Princes! And close to the metro to get to the tourist areas of Paris (about 30min).

We were offered the hotel night... 190 euros per night... INADMISSIBLE to pay so much to find the room as well...

I was a home helper for 4 years so I understand...
MANAGERS must absolutely be truly benevolent, positively support and encourage their maids AND provide them with ALL the equipment possible to facilitate their work and that their cleaning is impeccable.
- really visible stains, bigger than a 5 cent coin (bed cover, armchair)
- white splashes (the entire bottom of a piece of furniture)
- Really scaled toilets
- complaints of the shower room filled with dust.
+ toilet paper dispenser ripped from the wall...
*** MORE COURAGE TO THE HOUSEKEEPERS who do a very difficult job ***

Hotel with private parking, which is a significant plus for vehicle safety.

+the staff, the kitchen (breakfast and supper) the environment.
-we had to indicate that the bed (sofa) of our son was not made. no adequate bathrobe either.
the pool deckchairs were dirty (hair snagged)

Swimming pool with Sauna: a real haven of peace with relaxing music + possible swimming against the current.
Decoration: modern, pleasant & friendly
Breakfast BEFORE 9:00 a.m.: choice & pleasant
The commercial gesture offered (initially, I expressed my disappointments below without asking for a counterpart -> it was the hotel that offered me something)
-The balcony of the room: small & in raw concrete (impression that it is not finished?) but above all DIRTY (not swept and ashtray with old cigarette butts)
Breakfast AFTER 9:00 a.m.: crowded (it was predictable and announced) but narrow passages + 9:15 a.m. no more salmon + 9:30 a.m. the 2 coffee machines are off + difficult to find plates or cutlery
The staff: polite but not at the 4-star level (Ex1: error on the room on arrival -> quickly changed but no excuse / Ex2: on our arrival -> no presentation/introduction of the swimming pool, breakfast and restaurant = it's up to us to seek/ask)

-Of the 3 days we stayed, the restaurant was closed for two days! And magnificent swimming pool we would have just appreciated having swimming against the current and the "jacuzzi" part every day!!
