First of all I received a chilling welcome from a non-smiling young girl who asks me for 15 minutes to pay for my room… except I had already paid for 1 month with supporting proof and telephone confirmation but no, Madame insists all the same, being sure of herself… yet you were wrong since your manager said that it was OK…
How can you say that when you're tired and you just want to go and rest and you're welcomed like this, it doesn't make you want to come...
It was freezing cold in the room (even when I was under the duvet), no bedspread or extra blanket, nothing to cover me up… too bad because the bed was comfortable.
Then no samples for showering (even 1-star hotels have them…), the only container available in the shower was empty… luckily I had taken my shower gel…
For hygiene I put 2/5 because the shower was dirty, the bed dusty…
The famous breakfast that I was waiting for… at 8:45 there was almost nothing left, I left still very hungry…
The service is there, however, until 9:30 a.m., they told me...
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the chocolate cupcakes with the coffee in the room as well as the mirror in the bathroom! But that will not be enough to make me come back I am very disappointed..
It's not normal to have so many anomalies in a hotel, supposedly 3 stars next time I'll spend my way on the kyriad…
Ps: the difference between a telephone reservation and a reservation through an application is huge, it's scandalous (40th difference all the same and all that for that…)

I find it unacceptable to warn customers at the last minute. It is not possible to have a meal tray or to reserve a restaurant for us next to the hotel. The person I spoke to on the phone doesn't want to know anything, she tells me to postpone, we are 500 km away, at the price of fuel. I am appalled at this attitude.
