The food is excellent and the breakfast is very good with a good choice.
Regarding the room, I have nothing to complain about! It is clean and the bedding is comfortable. I think the bathroom will have to be renovated in the next few years (aging). The toilets are even separate!

The management and all the staff are very friendly and attentive to your well-being. The location near the highway is very convenient. Hotel located in a very beautiful environment with a small park and swimming pool. The place is quiet and very pleasant. The restaurant offers very good cuisine. In short, everything is perfect for a pleasant stay.

When I report it, I am confirmed that it is an error and that it will remain invoiced. With a minimum of honesty I would have been reimbursed for this drink, or even offered to buy me a drink during a future stay, but no, I was just told that it was like that.
It will have had the advantage of making me look elsewhere, and I am now staying at the Hilton in the city center where the value for money is much better.
Apart from that, the location of the hotel is in a commercial area without charm.
The calm atmosphere can be spoiled when a company organizes a seminar in the hotel.
The room is simple but clean.
The breakfast is good and the restaurant is very good, with friendly if not very professional staff.
My advice: pay for your meals directly but do not have them noted on the room, there will certainly be errors, and not in your favor (in my case there was an error at each of my two stays), and you will not necessarily be reimbursed.

+The handy bath for children, small pleasant pool when it's hot, spacious room even if it lacks storage space (at 4 for 5 days). Breakfast at will. The proximity of the surrounding restaurants.
-Elevator breakdown over 3 days and the response given by a somewhat contemptuous and ironic receptionist when we have a disabled child (we were on the 2nd floor). For a large chain like ibis, a 3-day outage is a long time (from Sunday to Tuesday departure day). Not enough salt at breakfast (only industrial cheese) but it is still acceptable. A small kettle would be nice. Carpet poor and very messy.

Badly soundproofed rooms, and no kettle with tea or coffee like in other ibis style hotels and only one paper cup in the bathroom! Very disappointed also by the maintenance of the exteriors, slabs of the terrace covered with grass, unmown lawns….

-On my arrival there were traces of faecal matter in the toilets, so the cleaning was not done well... after a day of work and a trip to come to your hotel from Paris, I found this limits cleanliness, it's the base … it was really disgusting … I had to clean myself luckily I had wipes …
There was also blonde hair in my bed I had to shake it all again and check wasted housekeeping time limit in the room I was unlucky..

The rooms are large, functional… But the sound insulation is catastrophic.
Room on the ground floor you hear the noise of customers upstairs, the noise of heels during movement, falling objects, slamming doors... until nightfall. Awful…
In addition, the establishment has a single universal charging station (two other tesla but which requires a Tesla electric signature to operate…), blocked from 19 p.m. by the same vehicle and until 8 a.m.…
In short the next time I would continue my way instead of losing 126€, anyway.

The air conditioner does not work properly and this room is dilapidated or poorly cleaned…. Damage !!!!
However, I would like to point out that the hotel restaurant is excellent. The room staff is both pleasant and professional, offering quality service. In addition, the dishes that were served to us were delicious.
In conclusion, I highly recommend the hotel restaurant due to its attentive staff and the quality of the food on offer. However, I also encourage the property to take into account the minor problem I noted in the bathroom.
