Only the location is satisfactory, in a rather quiet area.

The location is very good if you can find parking, advice: the street can be noisy in summer (no air conditioning > window open at night) because the hotel is located 100m from a trendy bar. It is better to take a room facing the sea.
-The room -although pretty and maintained- had a very austere bathroom, antiquated faucet (in the bathtub there is no "shower" but a knob that lets out a jet/trickle of water), the mattress was packed; we ended the weekend with a bad back.

November 27, 2022 at 10:03 pmWhen I read the reviews, 1 hour from my arrival, I thought I had booked from hell. But in the end, everything went well. Ok it's quite dilapidated, and my room smelled strongly of cigarettes. But recent bathroom, no worries about cleanliness, bedding also very clean and comfortable. I haven't tested the elevator but there are only 3 floors (I read 6 in the comments, we were obviously not in the same place!). The reception is indeed opposite, but I was notified by email in advance so no surprise. The receptionist is very nice and gave me good advice on finding cheap parking. Basic breakfast, but fresh bread, very good thermos coffee. No double payment either, Booking does not charge anything, you pay directly at reception. In conclusion, if you are looking for a hotel that is not too expensive to be as close as possible to the exhibition center, it is fine!

-the fact of being on the 2nd floor without a lift, quickly forgotten when you see the panorama!
the non-accessible car park of the hotel is quite cramped.

From the dilapidated storefront, to the rude and obnoxious welcome and to the room with unsanitary hygiene, do not come to this hotel which does not even deserve one star never again we did not even stay we left just after finding out the room, which was in a pitiful state, I am not the only one to say it look at the other comments!

-One of the rooms that was assigned to us smelled really bad and deserved 2 days of ventilation (a dog had to sleep there several nights without ventilation)
The rooms were all extremely noisy, impossible to sleep a night on a Saturday as the rooms were close to the night entrance.
Finally the restaurant and the breakfast were very disappointing.
The staff made us pay for a meal for 11 despite there being only 10 of us, the 11th person canceled as they had the Covid.
We often come to Dinard but will never return to this hotel.

+We appreciated the style of the hotel and the sea view. The small balcony was a real plus for sunbathing as soon as you wake up.
-The breakfast was not complete enough and did not have very high quality products. For example, the cheese was sous vide like the one you find in a canteen. A little average for this type of establishment. No squeezed orange juice either.
There is no parking nearby except paying 15€ for the night to park a few meters away in another house. After the hotel is old so it makes sense that it has no parking
