Dinner at 1917 was a great experience. The service was excellent and the meal was delicious. I was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere that reigned in the room.
The room was bright and very comfortable. I loved the atmosphere there. Everything was clean and well maintained. I had an excellent night's sleep in this peaceful and pleasant setting.

We fell in love with the Provençal sea bass and the dessert (evanescent nougat)… everything else too, but there are so many different things, it's extraordinary.

The plastic water bottles in the room, that's a shame. A carafe of fresh water would have been better as well as some snacks.
