-Very disappointed. We were in a Kyriad 2 nights before in Balaruc and we wanted to try a new experience with the same chain, but what a disappointment. Small room. Bathroom no old toilet paper roll behind with old used paper. No cup no coat hanger and unpleasant smell. Very average bedding. The non-soundproof walls you could hear the neighbors snoring. On the first night, I was directed to a room that was actually being renovated and had not been prepared: a single hanger in the wardrobe, no remote control, no products (cups) non-existent shower head, interior door of the bathroom very damaged, no welcome tray (kettle, tea, coffee, cookies)... the next morning, the staff left apologized and changed my room. Note the threadbare carpet on the stairs leading to the bedrooms. The dining room is spacious and cheerful. The hotel is located in the Fourchon commercial area, which personally suits me perfectly.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is located in the middle of shops and restaurants. The rooms are dirty, I saw a rat wandering the hallways, there was mold on the walls. The manager where the person posing as him and rude. There are bed bugs, cockroaches be careful when you come home. All in all, a great vacation. RUN AWAY !

The sympathy of the personnl makes it easy to forget the small inconveniences, so a perfect stay.
+The comfort and cleanliness of the bed, the bathroom always made with care. Lunch and breakfast varied and very well cooked. We stayed 5 nights. The very warm welcome, competent staff, including maintenance staff, (cleaners etc). Recommended for long or short stays. The cleaning in the room is done every day, the towels changed every day as well as the bed.
-room: 1 more chair will be welcome, the window had not had cleaning since the summer at least, according to the cleaning lady the carpet left a little to be desired or the vacuum cleaner broke down, We stayed there for 5 nights.
