The room was air conditioned and very well equipped. We were able to use the free Wi-Fi connection to stay connected, and the satellite TV with its many channels made for relaxing moments. The private bathroom was also very well equipped and several toiletries were available to us.

– the pluses: superb sea view, helpful staff, direct access to the beach from the hotel, pleasant indoor swimming pool and relaxation area, excellent breakfast with a very friendly chef;
– Cons: the gym is very cramped, in a hallway, without a 'real' elliptical, the treadmill is broken. Above all, the outdoor swimming pool, in winter (or at least during my 4-day stay), is not heated, contrary to what is advertised. The staff suspected "a technical problem" and "the weather", but I swear on all that I hold most dear that it was not warmer than the sea, i.e. 15/16°C (even if staff admitted it was 21°C instead of the advertised 25°C). This is the reason why I had booked this hotel, being a swimmer; So that explains my disappointment.

-The breakfast is not worthy of the 5* classification! too ordinary and not enough quality in the products, fortunately the Chef is very smiling!
The bathroom is flooded after every shower!!! this one is small and does not close, the water overflows…..
The fridge is poorly stocked, only one bottle of water, in summer it's not much! and not recharged for a stay with 2 nights!
The extraordinarily placed beach restaurant does not have grilled fish on its menu, a pity because we had eaten it a few years ago.

+The location of the hotel, the view, the reception of arrival and departure. All the staff very smiling and well dressed. Apart from the salmon, the food is of good quality in room service even if not too crazy in the dressing of the plates.
-Forgetting hot chocolate at breakfast checked off the day before on card. A salmon of not very good quality taken for the evening meal in room service. We are in a 5 star anyway. Room not too soundproof when there is traffic in the hallway.

absolutely everything, from the comfort of the beds, the perfect soundproofing once in our room, to the care, the staff and the quality of presentation of the chef's food, everything is fresh and made on site.
there is nothing to complain about, it's perfection and I also recommend the breakfast with pancakes, homemade waffles.
All the staff are really nice and the setting is idyllic.
we did not leave the hotel.
we don't want to leave anymore ;))

On the other hand, when paying, one of the staff members allows himself an extremely disparaging remark to my spouse because I want to pay the bill "I see that Mr. does not insist much". In view of the level of the hotel, it is regrettable to have to pay an additional package as an outside person for a deckchair because there is not enough space around the swimming pool so the beach is obligatory
At the beach club we were on top of each other which in this period is not really recommended it's a shame especially when you come to spend 3 days as a couple

– when we arrived, the room was not ready (no subject, we had arrived at lunchtime for our reservation at the restaurant), we went to have lunch at the hotel restaurant, the reception had to warn us when the room was ready, we had no call from the reception to inform us of the availability of the room as agreed.
-after our lunch, the hotel and its services were to be presented to us, we had no explanation when handing over the keys. We got the keys at the end of the afternoon. Example: breakfast time the next day? We had to contact reception in the morning.
– for dinner, we had booked at the gourmet restaurant, with a request for a first-line sea view. We first received confirmation by email that everything was going to be done to best meet our request. We then had confirmation by phone before our stay that our reservation and our request had been taken into account. 2 hours before dinner, when the keys were handed over, I again asked reception for confirmation if everything was OK and if we had the requested place because I wanted the perfect evening, the person at the reception (yet another) m said she would check again. I have not heard back. So I felt everything was under control. I prematurely sold the evening to my spouse. When we arrived at the restaurant, the head waiter placed us at the entrance, completely the opposite of what had been agreed. I explained the situation, he told me that it was like that, first reserved first served (as for beach chairs in fact) and that he had never heard of my request. I would have preferred to be told clearly that it was not possible. Extremely disappointed with this negligence and the lack of consideration and empathy, we decided to leave.

The sea view rooms have a very nice view overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. Very nice outdoor swimming pool but not possible to swim there in winter although it was heated to 22 degrees. +We had chosen a room with a sea view and we were served. The location is wonderful. What a joy to wake up by activating the blind to discover the beach at the end of our feet.
Even though we were in March with unfavorable weather, Renecros beach is beautiful, probably very crowded in the summer, but there is the swimming pool and the thalasso.
We are two meters from the city center in a quiet area.
The setting but also the decoration of very good taste.
Friendly, smiling and welcoming staff.
To recommend.
-Breakfast a bit expensive: we preferred breakfast on the port.
Dinner at the bar not great: risotto with pesto. Bof!
But it's a matter of finding negative points because everything was perfect.
They even found my wedding ring lost in the Spa: a big thank you to the staff who did what was necessary to find it.
