+High quality establishment. We spent a pleasant night there. We had been there before. Pleasant surprise, we were upgraded. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It is an exceptional place. The staff are always attentive.

However what can be improved: the handle of the bedside table was broken. During our previous visit, in another room, it was too. In an establishment of this level, details matter.
Another point to improve, during lunch, the staff made comments out loud about a client. Again, in an establishment of this level, it's not a mistake, but you don't necessarily expect it.

+Large bedroom with a large bathroom. Nice decoration. Two large closets to store your belongings and space in the bathroom. Dimming of lighting possible. Comfortable bedding. No noise in the hotel. Very pleasant little attention: rose marshmallows in a beautiful case and two bottles of water with Martinez written on them. Swimming pool with free access for hotel guests. Bathrobes and slippers. Excellent breakfast with exceptional products. Great service. Very friendly staff.
-The four pillows available were identical and too firm. Two softer ones would have been nicer.
