– The system of towels for the swimming pool: customers without embarrassment put on their sponges in the morning for the whole day and go on excursions. When we came back around 16 p.m., no way to get a place around the pool. And no one from the staff is present to handle this!

-the service is a little uneven… good in the morning, a little less in the evening (cocktail arrived after 40 minutes of waiting with the simple excuse “I had to do something else and I forgot”.
At the time of the bill at the restaurant, we are taken care of and then we are put on hold in front of the cash register in favor of another table without knowing why. Quite unpleasant comment from a member of staff in the evening who allows himself a very personal thought on the place of women. In 2023, we know how to offer a stay to his spouse with his own money.. 🙂
Despite these few inconveniences, our stay was very pleasant, an excellent moment of relaxation in an enchanting setting!

-The Relais et Châteaux appellation is not appropriate in view of what other establishments in the same category offer: a swimming pool that is too small (20 deckchairs for 40 rooms) and not managed, which several people have complained about, a so-called "superior" room without any soul, with a decoration that is really too kitsch and artificial (like the bar and the restaurant by the way) and with a view of other bungalows.

Absolute refinement and prestigious service for customers.
From breakfast to dinner, including room service, the food offered is of high quality. A breathtaking view of the Luberon is to be enjoyed from the restaurant terrace.
♂️ Swimming pools heated to 28-30°C are very pleasant. It should be noted that the Spa area and the indoor swimming pool are only accessible to children from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
However, they have plenty of time to have fun in the space that is entirely dedicated to them: Le Mas des Enfants.
♀️ The "Tailor-made" massage was a delight. Only downside described in the "disliked"
A must visit establishment if you are in the area!
-The spa manager was very unfriendly and seriously lacking in sense of service, which is extremely surprising in this type of establishment where one expects the customer to be pampered.
As described above, the Spa is accessible to children only from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
When there was absolutely no one around the pool, my 6 year old daughter just tried to jump into the water which was followed by laughter.
This manager rushed over and told us that we were making too much noise (laughs and the sound of the "diving"), that we could be heard in the massage room and that it was forbidden to dive (no clear indication for that topic, and it wasn't a dive at all, just a jump), dismissively and aggressively.
This person must clearly change jobs.
If you do not want these “noises” to be perceived in the treatment rooms, it is advisable to think about better insulation of the premises. I specify, my 45 min of massage were punctuated by noise pollution due to the drilling of an adjoining wall. And I hadn't taken it seriously until then.

-we were the victim of the theft of several underwear that were in different places in the upstairs bedroom (therefore accessible only through the door). we were complained because it violated our privacy and we did not think it could happen to us in an establishment like this.
we also found the tone of management inappropriate by minimizing the possibility of theft and indicating that customers generally find lost items at home, which is not the case with us. 2 underwear in 2 different places is necessarily worrying...
we were disappointed with the restaurant on the tasting menu, no appetizers, bad service forced to ask again several times.
we are used to luxury establishments, this is the first time we have been disappointed.

-Average rooms, nothing exceptional. And yet we had been upgraded. Catering below expectations, certainly at the recovery therefore organizational problems, heated dishes, prohibitive prices. Small swimming pool insufficient for the number of guests. No other relaxation area (no gardens with deckchairs for example). The restaurant terrace is not equipped with heated parasols. May evenings being very cool, we were never able to dine outside.

Both meals and breakfasts are excellent. The staff is always kind to us, such as small treats in the room to please, bottles of water, etc. We had two duo massages with Anais and Charlotte, a magical moment. This is the first time we have done such a good massage! It is by far one of the nicest hotels we have been to and we will definitely be back.
