August 2, 2021 at 4:00 pmI recently stayed at the Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is just perfect, with stunning sea views and only a few steps from the town centre. I loved being able to do everything on foot, without having to take the car.
The service was also very satisfactory. The bed was made in the morning and in the evening, which is quite rare in hotels. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help us. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. It was very varied and there was something for everyone.
I am so satisfied with my stay that I can't wait to come back. This time, I intend to take my children there so that they too can enjoy this magnificent place. In short, I highly recommend the Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

My room was spacious and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. I also enjoyed the sea view from my room which added a touch of charm to my experience.
The sound of the waves was a real blessing for me, as it allowed me to relax and rest deeply. I didn't have to worry about noise from the city or neighbors, which was much appreciated.

Everything was perfect, but what particularly impressed me was the quality of the products offered. Whether shower gel, shampoo or cream, everything was of exceptional quality. Using these products was a real pleasure for me.
Besides that, the bed was also a highlight of this hotel. It was incredibly soft and comfortable. I have rarely slept in such a comfortable bed. It helped make my stay even more enjoyable.
In summary, I highly recommend the Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa to anyone looking for a quality stay in an upscale establishment. The products offered are of exceptional quality and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Everything is there for an unforgettable stay.

The absence of a toilet next to the gym and the sauna, which nevertheless includes two showers, is not possible at this level of standing.

The location is perfect, no need to take transport to visit the city.
-Despite all the qualities, it must be said that the fault of this hotel is that it is aging. It's a shame because it really spoils all the good sides of the hotel. I'm not saying aging in relation to the style of the hotel (because you like the style or not, it depends on everyone's taste) but rather in terms of maintenance…. Work must be done on the whole, it's obvious (wear and tear to the carpet, facades, furniture... the annex entrance on the beach side... and so on). We often remark to ourselves "that's not worthy of a 5-star hotel..." and we end up being disappointed because we realize that the quality/price ratio is not there compared to that...
I really hope that a good refreshment will be done in this hotel because it has everything to please.
