Very nice hotel, very good breakfast.
The receptionist Clément is adorable A big thank you.
PS: There is a gym! I had not found the information on the internet so I share it with you.

Had a very pleasant stay there last year, which prompted us to return this year.
The staff is always on top, available at all times.
The location of the hotel facing the sea; What could be better.

-Establishment a little outdated, in its equipment as in its hotel business. Unpleasant reflections of the waiters (former?) who take themselves for the bosses and seem to order the customers; bad atmosphere for young waitresses who no longer know how to position themselves (lack of training or education?).
A not very welcoming hotel that does not deserve a satisfaction index in relation to its prices!
Avoid for a “Zen” stay.

+the room was fine, the dining room was well decorated. the evening meal and breakfast was well served and good.

-Thalasso side rather disappointing because the pool is not at all like the photo, cold, traces of rust, the sole green in places. the hammam and sauna bof. especially no jacuzzi? and for a Thalasso these rather limited. in short all Thalasso side and good to do new work. It's not worth 4 stars.

We came to stay for a weekend at the Novotel. Warm welcome on arrival at the hotel by Thomas. Thanks to him.
Flat however on the room and the swimming pool which become dilapidated, only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room, a bit of a shame. For the treatment part, on the whole we were satisfied but the disconnection remains difficult, we go a bit to the chain and the insulation of each treatment cabin does not make it possible to ignore the surrounding noise. We also had the evening meal, we ate very well but the service is a bit too chained, we clear and bring the dishes without a word. As for the breakfast, great buffet, we also ate very well. Overall, the service remains a bit expensive for the quality offered.

for less I could have found better. I imagined something else.

Very high quality establishment, with an ideal location and exceptional services!

+All !! The location on the beach on one side, the forest on the other. Away from the center of St Trojan, calm is king. The atmosphere, design and lounge is chic! The breakfast is royal!!! Very wide choice of fresh, homemade and high quality products! The menu at the restaurant is excellent and a big thank you to Tatiana who at the bar explains with passion how her cocktails are made. The services are excellent.

-Just avoid the rooms above the kitchens where from 5am, the deliveries can wake you up...

+The room was very pleasant, quiet and well equipped (necessary for coffee and tea, hygiene products and magnifying mirror, bathrobe…). The breakfast was very complete, made up of fresh products including local ones with oysters and the breathtaking view of the sea is unbeatable. The swimming pool is large and also offers a magnificent view of the sea. The saunas and the large hammam are additional assets. The possibility of bringing your pet is a real plus that makes the difference for us. The staff is very welcoming and warm.

-The double bed made up of 2 single beds was a bit uncomfortable.
