+I liked the location of the hotel, namely near the cathedral, the city center and the Saint-Leu district; the buffet breakfast with quality products, the cleanliness of the establishment and the respect of barrier gestures and sanitary measures linked to Covid, the friendliness of the staff, the nuxe toiletries in the bathroom, the presence of a mini fridge with a bottle of cold water deposited each morning, very appreciable in these times of heat wave, the very comfortable bedding with the exception of the too soft pillows.
-I had reserved a triple room including a sofa bed, still in the state of a sofa when I arrived, I reported this to reception who told me that it was an oversight, corrected by the rest after a follow-up with the reception. I wish my room had a kettle. I did not like the pillows too soft, the fact that there is only one coffee machine for breakfast because it generates a long queue, the carpet in the room because it does not not ideal for my allergies. The decor of the room is a bit vintage for my taste carpet with orange and yellow pattern, orange wall …

+The hotel is very well located, near Notre Dame Cathedral, a 15-minute walk from the SNCF train station. I did everything on foot. Large room with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street and a left view of the Cathedral. Friendly staff, room, very clean hotel. Exceptional bedding (I had opted for a large bed (2×90)), the top! Large safe that can hold a laptop. Small bottle of water provided. Nothing to complain about the breakfast offering a variety of good products and good enough for me.
-In the room just a kettle and a small fridge. You have to go to the reception (ground floor) to drink tea, coffee for free. A few sodas and others would be welcome in the room as well as tea bags, coffee, crockery. I didn't like: two paper cups… for drinking and brushing your teeth! a 4 star can do better for the courtesy tray.

I was hugely disappointed with the room: coffee stains or whatever on the sofa, the very uncomfortable mattress and a well-worn room. If you are looking for calm, this is not the place to go or ask for a room on the courtyard side, otherwise you will find yourself with the music of the bars and drunken customers shouting all night long below your window. Question service, yes there it is a true 4 stars, the employees are enormously professional and at your service, the restaurant is delicious. After our bad 1st night, the reception directly offered to change rooms and with free breakfast and put us on the courtyard side. It was a much quieter night (small details in this room as soon as someone was taking a shower upstairs we could hear the water running in the pipes of our shower, but with a towel wedged in the corner of the shower more noise). My conclusion for this Hotel: superb location, magnificent service, a beautiful reception and well renovated but the rooms are completely redone I did not feel like I was in a 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ which is not worth the asking price for the rooms.

-Too bad to see a curtain hanging in a room at this price. The mattress on the sofa bed occupied by our teenager was a bit thin so be careful if you have a child with you.

+A spacious room to accommodate an adult and 2 children. Toilets separated from the bathroom and a bathroom, well appointed. An entrance area for storing shoes and coats (useful in rainy weather).
In terms of service, despite the epidemic, possibilities of meals in the room, with varied, local and quality (and plentiful!) products. Same for breakfast.
I particularly remember the spontaneous help that the teams offered me to carry the trays to the room (alone with 2 children, the exercise became complicated!).
The location is very good: access is quite easy, there are many parking possibilities (in the street, in a car park) and going out for a walk is extremely simple; the cathedral is on the other side of the street and with it begins the pedestrian city centre, a real relaxation after a few hours on the road.
I feared a hotel stay during the Covid and I do not regret this stop.
-Organizing more towel racks available in the bathroom as we couldn't hang everything. Some traces on a toilet wall and on the bathroom switch.

+the room was to our liking, unfussy, sufficiently decorated, well laid out, not noisy, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was not too big but we found everything we needed there. the wardrobe very clean and more than big enough for a stay like ours of a few days/nights. The very hearty breakfast and the very bright, comfortable and pleasant breakfast room with its various chairs/armchairs.
A weak point however: the evening dinner. There was only one person for all the service (taking the orders, passing them to the kitchen, serving them (same for the drinks) as well as for the bills to be paid. At one point we felt sorry for him , he was running in all directions but in the end he came out fine.

The hotel is nice and well located, the breakfast is plentiful, but that's it.
The staff is young and not very focused. Only one person at the reception (a small table?), there is often a queue and frankly she is overwhelmed and forgets things.
The extra bed was unfolded in the room when we arrived (we were obviously given a family room). We asked for them to be taken down while we went out for dinner, which was not done: came back down to reception at 22pm to ask again (she was not answering the phone).
We asked the restaurant to have our bottle brought up to the room at the end of the meal, which was not done: we had to go back down and help them get it (??).
The icing on the cake, the Max Bar in front of the privilege rooms, made a racket with all doors open until 1am. I know it's not their fault, but at 300 euros per night it's still a shame.
I understand that the hotel has faced recruitment difficulties.
Unfortunately we won't be going back.

The reception, the young people at the reception are super professional and friendly and at your service (it's nice)
The rooms, ours very very good (and we have seen some) large, clean, well equipped and quiet, no outside or inside noise (neighbors, plumbing noise, etc.) very comfortable bed really great for resting and sleeping well !!!
The breakfast, well to see very well but nothing extraordinary I find, complete and varied but as in many 4 stars,
The negative:
The service at breakfast, finally just one person serving out of the 4 present (a young girl, the only one by the way) no challenge, no smile, not motivated, bordering on unpleasant. (too bad for her and for the hotel)
And no parking, like many hotels in the city center.
Otherwise, great and we will return with great pleasure.
