First of all, the calm that reigns there is very appreciable. You can really recharge your batteries in this peaceful and tranquil environment.
The hotel garden is also exceptional. It is very well maintained and offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. It is a real haven of peace where you can relax and enjoy nature.
Finally, I was seduced by the authenticity of the place. The hotel is housed in an old building which has retained all of its charm and character. You really feel transported to another era while staying at this establishment.
In summary, I highly recommend the Hotel Domaine des Clos to people looking for peace, nature and authenticity. It is an exceptional place where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

The hotel was empty, there were only us …
So that has its charm but it proves the means implemented by your site to sell rooms.
Can't trust you.
Moreover, being the only customers of the hotel "Domaine du Verbois", we could have expected a little attention, but nothing at all, no effort made by the establishment. Also very difficult to reach.
The room did not have a view of the garden and the lunch was ridiculous, never seen that even in a simple ibis you have a real buffet.
In short, very disappointed: by the site, the collectors who supposedly highlight quality places and by the establishment, which does not know how to give these customers a real experience.
The only staff gentleman present was very nice, no complaints about the staff.

Indeed, having spent more than 1000€ for a WE, I didn't even have 5€ on my card. I find it unfortunate that a renowned company does not even bother to respond to its customers because to date, 08/08/2018, I still have no response. Fortunately, the establishments they reference are rather good because otherwise I would have removed an additional star.

We have had this box for months, impossible to make a reservation. The hotels tell you it's full, the reception suddenly changes when they tell you it's for a box. Scandalous.

+Everything about this place is beautiful, the lady who welcomed us was adorable. We couldn't be at breakfast at opening time because we had to leave very early. I don't have this problem with Smartbox which is much more flexible (exchange and extension).
Think about it before you buy!

Impossible to have an interlocutor after 15 minutes of paid waiting. I sent an e-mail to have a response but nearly more than a week. I still don't have an answer. I do not find this site very serious.

The staff is attentive, the dinner is delicious, the breakfast is exceptional in a tastefully landscaped garden setting. quality accommodation with numerous common areas.
-To be in the middle of a farm, in the middle of the countryside, you have to come by car and you absolutely need a car to get out. However, the hotel lends bicycles.

+The domain is magnificent. Tree-lined, planted with cypresses and palm trees, worthy of what one can expect from this beautiful region. Seeing archive images, retracing the creation / renovation of this place brings a real plus, and we realize even more the immense work that has been accomplished.
The swimming pool is very beautiful, and although the water was a bit cold (normal for April 18th), we couldn't resist the urge to take a dip (plus it's good for blood circulation ).
The shop, which offers lots of products from the estate, makes you want to buy everything (especially when you have had breakfast on site, the peach jam with vanilla or apricot with mint are particularly delicious).
The on-site catering was really up to par. Local products, and even from the estate directly. The flavors were all the more present.
The calm was surprising (the song of the owls at night was the loudest thing, that is to say).
The location: we had the impression of being isolated from everything (and that's a good thing when we're on vacation, just to get rid of this daily stress), and yet close to incredible sites: 10 minutes from Beaucaire, 12 minutes from Tarascon, 15-20 minutes from Arles, 35-40 minutes from the Camargue (ornithological park to see the flamingos).
The room (Camargue apartment for our stay) was just amazing. Spacious rooms, Provencal atmosphere, equipment available.
And finally, what we liked during this stay, is the friendliness of the staff. Smiling, always present (one morning we had forgotten to book for breakfast: a solution was offered to us, and we were able to take advantage of it).
In short, we recommend this place, and we will return with great pleasure.
