The hotel restaurant and bar were lovely and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food served was delicious and the service was very quick.

January 7, 2021 at 11:01 amI had the opportunity to stay at the Novotel Roissy Saint Witz and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. First of all, I appreciated the calm that reigned there, despite its proximity to Roissy airport. The rooms were also very spacious and comfortable which gave me a restful night.
The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. I particularly appreciated the quality of the products offered, as well as the attentive service of the staff.
Regarding the car park, I was delighted to find that it was very large and easily accessible, which is a significant plus when traveling by car.
Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the proximity to many quality restaurants, which allowed me to enjoy a tasty dinner without having to travel long distances.

The bedding is very comfortable, which allowed me to spend peaceful and restorative nights. The buffet breakfast is varied and of high quality, offering a wide choice of fresh and tasty products. The staff is attentive and available, which helped make my stay more enjoyable. The outside is really nice.
The rooms are of correct size even for 4, and the bedding comfortable. It would just be necessary to see to install a system at the level of the bedroom doors which close suddenly causing a loud slamming.
The breakfast is varied and delicious
The staff is attentive and warm.

All the staff are very friendly, smiling and taking care of the customers is very appreciable. The cleaning in the rooms is very well done, the breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of fresh products. The people at the reception and at the bar are very welcoming and at the service of the customer. The only downside is the unheated pool. Despite this, we recommend this hotel for the professionalism and sympathy of each employee.

The next morning we arrive at breakfast and there we feel the glaring lack of organization and of a manager to manage the influx of hotel residents, we know that we cannot count on the common sense and the politeness of the people so that everything happens in the greatest calm, so a person who manages the placement would be a plus especially in a 4 star. The buffet refill is laborious and the waitresses are overwhelmed for the second day it was much worse, no plates, no cups, no person to take our room number on arrival in the dining room… a happy mess.
As for the room, when we return in the evening, we discover that our room door is wide open and that nothing has been done, it is still 19:30 p.m., the poor room man was alone to redo the entire hotel following sick leave from colleagues… classy for a 4 star, to see that the bed linen is lying around in the corridors, the pdj's room trays too. It's back to the point where no manager was present. When you claim to hold a 4-star hotel, the management staff should be able to compensate for the lack of staff and come and help the teams who are drowning under the workload! We are used to staying in hotels of all types and clearly the management of this one leaves much to be desired!!
Thank you to the gentleman of the cleaning who quickly redid our room he deserves a positive comment when to the hotel managers, you still have work to do on staff management.
