+– The big plus of this hotel is its location, a few meters from Pereire beach. Ideal for going swimming.
– The friendliness of the room staff.
– A large parking lot to park your car.
– The breakfast is varied and plentiful.

-Overall disappointed with this hotel which is very expensive for the services provided. We thought we were booking an exceptional setting and in the end, it is not.
– Tiny room, especially the bathroom, with inability to open the door when someone is taking a shower and very little storage.
– Air conditioning that does not work and which made our nights quite complicated.
– Ants in the room from the 4th day, an unpleasant surprise. We were relocated after several reminders.
– We found the restaurant mediocre. Especially the fries. And way too expensive for the food offered.
– We arrived at night. No light to illuminate the parking lot, we walked in the dark to the reception with our suitcases.
– The arrival reception was more than quick. We were given our keys without any explanation. No information on breakfast, spa, restaurant, schedules: we manage. Nevertheless, during the rest of the stay, the other people at the reception were kind and helpful.
– The hotel has about twenty deckchairs around the swimming pool for about a hundred rooms. In addition, during the day, external customers come to enjoy the thalassotherapy complex. This poses a problem at one point: too many people for the proposed infrastructure.
– Linen trolleys are placed in the corners of the corridors. An original decoration, which has nothing to do with the sight of customers.
– Very noisy room since it overlooks the tennis court opposite. Impossible to relax on the balcony.

The sauna and hammam were closed from the start due to covid and this is not indicated at all on their site or when booking. So guaranteed disappointment effect for a SPA stay…

No info on breakfast time, where it is, how the swimming pools and hydromarin area work. In short, reception really not at the top at all.
Cleanliness – a lot of mold under the shelf which is above the bathtub to put your shower gel. When you take a bath it is really very visible. I think the underside is never cleaned.

We enjoyed the swimming pool with the salty sea water. There is a large parking lot. The reception is really in order. The hotel is quiet and well soundproofed. The thalasso treatments are very punctual, no cumulative delay, everything is well organized.
-To get to our room (which was only on the second floor), we had to take 2 different elevators (or 2 different staircases) and walk along endless corridors. Strange as configuration.
The thalassotherapy staff is a bit more distant than the hotel staff, some (not all) do what they have to do, but that's it.
