A warm welcome with attentive staff and a gentleman who gave us good advice. Functional and clean room even as quite small with a very narrow shower. A good address, and an experience that was worth it, at least out of season.

I also regret the lack of parking luckily for us it was an off-season period!

August 23, 2022 at 2:05 pmA nice welcome even if some points are to be reviewed at the reception level (luggage for example which has not moved an inch, when they could have taken it to the room). Also, the location is excellent, but no space available, you have to go to a car park to pay 20€ minimum (all night) and if you still have to find space, because in high season…good luck. The hotel offers services at a 4 or 5 star level (massage, spa, sauna, etc.) but in a 3 star and it shows right away (booking method not very clear, we have to go down in our underpants to be able to have flip flops and towels, no locker, lights far too present for a relaxing place, no relaxing music…). The hotel has been "renovated" but clearly it is not visible, small bathrooms with an old cramped bathtub, many finishes are missing... To finish the complete breakfast room, we are offered to eat outside ( in the middle of February when it's 10 degrees), it's up to us to find the solution: eat in the meeting room… in short, a lot of things to improve for a 3-star hotel.

+We really appreciated the 1h30 spa slot offered when we arrived, the reception was very pleasant and we were surprised by the quality of the room. We also liked the teas / coffees available on the desk when we arrived.
-The price remains a bit high and the corridors leading to the rooms are a bit narrow and dull in their decoration. A little more life and color would have been welcome in the hotel's common areas.

+This hotel is extremely well located in Cassis, a stone's throw from the port. It is true that there is no parking but nearby car parks are sufficient.
The comfort of the room is sufficient because and correct equipment.
Small flat on the spa because the sauna was out of order and sensory shower did not work very well but it is a detail because in good weather we are normally at the beach. Special thanks to the very kind staff and top check-in.

A very tiny room to get a plug you need miles. For my part at the massage I was really happy and the gentlemen who do the cleaning and twice their breakfast which looks ok the room was bad very bad
I advised people against making reservations at this hotel.

+The location is ideal because you can do everything on foot, especially the port and the creeks. The staff is welcoming and available. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and diversified. The relaxation area is a plus and therefore much appreciated after a day of walking.
-The room was a bit small and there is no on-site parking which forces us to park outside the city with a municipal shuttle service to go downtown and therefore be dependent schedules. The hotel is 200m from the bus stop. This is well announced by the hotel when booking.
