+beautiful establishment in the immediate vicinity of the Hôtel Dieu and the old town, pleasant welcome and attentive staff, private parking at a reasonable price, room large enough, good bedding, good interior/exterior sound insulation
-we occupied one of the few rooms in the establishment facing the street with deafening noise, open windows (is it a privilege to obtain this type of room when booking through Booking?), non-functional air conditioning (due to the temperatures mild?) as it could get a bit warm in the room at night

Difficult to say for breakfast, given the context (we are served at the table, so we can not have this impression of usual profusion in good houses). It's a shame, it ruined part of the stay.

+We like to come back to this pleasant hotel ideally located in the heart of Beaune, close to the hospices and restaurants…
The staff is friendly, breakfasts are served at the table, as in the good old days... no buffet here, but everything is available... cooked eggs, cheese or charcuterie, pastries, yogurts, as well as a delicious juice of fresh orange.
The rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable.
The hotel has secure parking.
-It's a shame not to have a power outlet on each side of the bed to allow the charging of mobile phones while having the possibility of consulting the time at any time.
In these high temperatures, we would have appreciated having a small fridge in the room as in most of the hotels we frequent.
