It is obvious that the parking lot of the shopping center does not lend itself to parking beyond the usual duration for shopping, ie 1 to 2 hours and in this case the hourly rate is not prohibitive. Everything was perfect: welcoming staff at the reception and service staff for the rooms. Quality breakfast with good Breton products! Parking package available at reception, otherwise it is possible to park in the street but spaces are sometimes rare. Metro a few hundred meters away which allows quick access to the center of Lille. Only small downside, the air conditioning in the room not easy to adjust. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Small snack allowing you to eat a piece
-Not very close to the metro stations and a little far from the center of Lille, located in a new district near a shopping center with which it shares the parking lot (paying 8€ /12h). It would have been nice to have a beer at the hotel bar since there weren't any other friendly places around at that time, but they don't have the license yet. The window was without opening and fortunately because we overlooked the railway..

+The hotel is ideally located in a quiet area. The decoration is sober and at the same time original. The staff is professional and respectful. We really appreciated the breakfast for its diversity and ESPECIALLY the hygiene practiced and set up by a friendly and attentive staff. CHEER
-I think the area is being rehabilitated…we saw a disused building where there seems to be some traffic….We had trouble adjusting the acclimatization as well as the volume of the TV remote control

The Lillenium shopping center is right next to the hotel: not bad for a walk or going to eat in one of the CC restaurants
There is a choice for breakfast with quality products.

The super spacious room on the 5th floor, really clean and super nice bedding. (The cushions and the super soft duvet)

--The parking!!! On booking.com it is noted that you have to pay 16eur for 24 hours but be careful you can't go in and out as you want! (It's because of the contract they have with the Lillenium shopping center)

+Very new hotel with friendly staff (the young women in charge of cleaning being particularly kind and attentive to our needs!). The room is of a decent size, the bathroom practical and clean even if the sliding door slams a little when you close it.
Even though the room faced the train tracks, the insulation made passing trains barely audible, like a trolley rolling down the hall. If we don't pay attention to it, we don't even notice it.
-The television which sometimes had trouble capturing to the point of finishing watching a program on his phone (dramatic in the middle of the Beijing Express final!).
