+This hotel has everything to be impersonal with regard to its location and yet it is not at all. The staff is responsive and friendly.

-We had to call reception regularly to get the heating back up. Parking should be part of the service because it is practically impossible not to take this parking space at 10€ per day, and 30€ on the Sunday of the football match. We had paid this famous 30€ in addition to the room and we had thanks to that a "pass" to access the hotel on the day of the match. Unfortunately, the police did not want to know anything and we had a very big hassle to access the hotel. Really not a nice moment. I still don't know why you had to pay 30€ that day! for me, it's an easy way to trick us.

I went there for professional reasons. The carpet in the room was stained everywhere, the decor is rather very retro, even a bit kitsch, especially the tapestry with the animals, but that may appeal to others. Ideal location. To sleep one or two nights it does the job. The kitchen, however, is very good. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Very disappointed. No parking space on both rooms book. We came with our 3 children 7, 5, and 2 years old and the rooms were opposite each other. Not even on the same floor. Disappointing experience. The commercial gesture was the free breakfast for the children.

Disappointed ! RUN AWAY !!! Carpet stain, couch bug! I have patches on my skin because of the badly cleaned sofa (redness, scratching, etc.) My spouse does too. No bathrobes or even slippers. No minibar. Disrespectful receptionist. They enter the room without asking your opinion. I have never seen this in my life! 151€ per room, there are better.. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. HOTEL AVOID!!! Not at all up to our expectations, given the exorbitant price of rooms charged during the fair period (up to 370 € / room). At this price we expect top of the range! But that was not the case. Management in bad faith, no commercial gesture to at least "catch up"! disgusting carpets: don't dare set foot on them, dangling bedside lamp, garbage can with vomit to change, showers with dirty joints, dust to wipe off the hair dryer and so on!

At the Hotel Kopster, the welcome is warm and attentive. All the teams go to great lengths to make your stay wonderful. A cozy atmosphere, an atypical, modern decoration.
