We stayed one night for a two day layover at CDG airport. We bitterly regretted not taking the two nights at the Moxy. We thought the other hotel was better connected to the airport when not at all; the free CDGVAL airport shuttle train is a 2-minute walk from the Moxy hotel and serves all terminals and car parks in a few minutes. It's really very easy to get to. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and friendly. The staff is generally welcoming and kind. There is a nice, comfortable and airy relaxation area with sofas, games, work tables, lots of sockets. There is also a very nice bar with a functional dining area. However the food is not very good and is self-service, so it will be up to you to clear your table (and clean it for the people who will follow you 😉 ) and pick it up at the bar with a beep ( which didn't work for us which we were told off by a lady at the bar as if it was our fault). The rooms are clean, smell good, the bedding is top notch and the hygiene products are better than average. The staff did not hesitate to change our room because we had a problem with the VMC which was broken and which made a lot of noise. In the second room it was the ChromeCast which did not work. Cons: - lots of things not working (maintenance is not fully assured and they don't seem to have a clear view of what works or not in the establishment) - food - no room service - bottle of water at 5€ Positive points: - the staff is friendly - the atmosphere - clean rooms - attention to detail in the decor and finishes - the bar open 24 hours a day - the airport shuttle at the foot of the hotel - good value for money (for hotels in CDG) - there are quite a few choices of soft drinks - gym (small) - the coffee is good

The only downside may be the price, €166 for one night used to ensure the interface before the flight, it remains expensive despite everything. I really had the impression of disturbing the person and that they had something else to do - we don't bother to give me a key "since I have it on mobile" but it won't work so I have to go back to reception - I don't understand that the restaurant service stops before the bar service since there is no cooking done on site, just dishes to heat up. If they can serve a drink, they can heat up a dish. Last complaint, at a time when telework is developing and a fortiori in a airport hotel which serves as an office in the room with an uncomfortable beanbag to sit on is not very relevant. My partner had to call them and they told us the room had been ready for over an hour when he was to pick us up when it was ready. arrived in front of the room. The card does not work after changing it on entering the room, the room is not made at all. Back home for the third time, and we finally get a room. The next morning, we wanted to order an impossible breakfast in the room, while in the corridors full of trays there were Works which started from 8:30 am therefore impossible to sleep after.
