+Compared to Groupama Stadium, the location is ideal (15min). The room was spacious for 3 people. Bathroom and separate WC which is great for group trips. The breakfast very well served and replenished throughout the service without there being any lack. And a wide choice both sweet and savory. The rest of the staff (apart from our little inconvenience) is really attentive, smiling and accommodating. If I have to come back for a concert I will gladly come back to this establishment

-On the various members of staff encountered, we had some difficulties with a lady at the reception accompanied by her daughter (9/10 years old). We wanted to order cappuccinos at the bar, we were brought black coffees and when we remarked that there was no milk or froth, we were told that there was, without looking at the cup, having the impression that we are annoying this person. And finally after 10 minutes she came back with 2 real cappuccinos, stating that there was no more milk in the machine but without apologizing or having a commercial gesture.

-I have a complaint to make about an unacceptable incident on the part of the cleaning service for the reserved room. The room had sheets not clean and stained, the room not cleaned entirely. Arriving after midnight, this kind of inconvenience is very painful, especially since we had to redo the bed by us with clean sheets sent by the night watchman. we also carried out the rest of the cleaning of the uncleaned areas. This is why we ask you to reimburse the full cost of this night. The manager contacted the next day confirmed this refund request to Booking. Note that there was a 2nd night, and that the hotel did what was necessary the next day to put the room in order.

We stayed two nights when we came to Lyon. The room is large and very clean. The bedding is comfortable, we slept well. We loved the very complete breakfast. The staff is friendly and smiling. I recommend.

At the exit of the A42 coming from Bourg en Bresse returning to Lyon. 200m from the St Maurice de Beynost toll. Large hotel with many bedrooms and seminar rooms on the ground floor. Very nice home. Catering on site but also a few hundred meters away, several restaurant chains near a well-stocked shopping center.

I just spent New Year's Eve on December 31, 2022 as a couple in this establishment but we would have done better to go elsewhere because here it was rather shabby. Only the waitresses and waiters deserve our congratulations. Decoration of the void room. Only 6 or 7 big balls were hanging from the ceiling..... in a huge room containing nearly 200 people. Nothing on the walls or the posts. A single garland at the entrance to the kitchens! The music played way too loud not to be able to talk to each other at the table without getting selfish (I left with a sore throat or rather vocal cords) and cheesy. Played by a single accordionist (although I had been informed of several musicians when booking) who only played (badly and with false notes) pieces from 1970 and before that date, and sang just as worse than his accordion. The meal ? Appetizers that were more or less correct, land-sea starters with foie gras which was partly very gray and not fresh (in color) and soft and a little smoked salmon, a little duck breast, a little salad. .... not particularly appetizing. The meat was so tough deer, even very very tough to cut with a knife that only one person on our table of 10 had a piece that was about tender (I was so lucky). Everyone else left their meat on the plate. On the other hand, the potatoes for the gratin dauphinois were not cooked enough!!! Three tiny pieces of cheese followed and then a decent dessert. In short, you will understand, very disappointing evening. We had at our table 8 people who had already come several times during previous evenings and who were very shocked by this year's performance. Congratulations all the same to the waitresses and servers very friendly and very professional. Of course, I will strike this establishment out of my address book and will not return.

Unpleasant smell in the elevators. Large room but outdated decor, no air conditioning. Two occupants ONE small bottle of evian. No amenity. Damaged bathtub and yellowed, dirty joints. Stained sheets. Breakfast, to avoid, no fork (practical for eating ham and egg). Very poor quality products (ham with a suspicious color, scrambled eggs not fresh, brick fruit juice put in a bottle, even the orange juice is not pressed so acidic and tasteless). Coffee tastes like water. Stale bread. 7:40 am, you have to ask for bread and scrambled eggs because there is already nothing left, no restocking or pro activity. €165 for a hotel 20 minutes from Lyon, absolutely not worth it. Hotel supposedly 4 * where The services and the standing of a 4 * are absolutely not there! Go your way you will find much better for less.
